In the previous chapter, Chapter 49, it appears that they are assuming a spy from the Demonic Cult has infiltrated the Green Forest, and they point it out to be the Five Peak Stronghold. The leader is furious to know that his daughter is in the den of the cult, so he asks for what to do as they assure to bring his daughter back to safety.
