At times, we also see that even Harvey jeers at the audience, who take the whole courtroom situation too seriously and act as if they are in a real court. He asks them to loosen it up a bit. At times he has even scolded the audience to stop acting like they are in a real court because they are literally in a TV studio sitting at a set. The verdicts that he gives off are far away from any code of law and solely based on his gut feelings and reasonings.
