Love After World Domination is a story of forbidden love between a hero and a villain. The protagonists are Fudou Aikawa and Desumi Magahara. Fudou is the leader of the Gelato 5, a team of heroes working for the good of humanity and to maintain peace. At the same time, Desumi is a Princess of the Gecko Organization, which is a group of evil-doers striving for world domination.
When Fudou confessed his feelings, Desumi did not believe him. She is a villain, after all. Someone who has done despicable things to his team. However, Fudou saw the real Desumi. Underneath the suit, she is still human, after all. This was something very foreign to her, having someone who loved her unconditionally. Because of that, Desumi decides to give Fudou a chance.
They start hanging out often during missions. To the outside world, the Red Gelato and the Shinigami Princess are going to a secluded place to fight. In reality, they just wanted to spend some quality time with each other talking about everything and nothing. They managed to keep the charade going for a very long time, but it was only a matter of time before someone got suspicious.
Even though some people found out, they kept it a secret. The people who found out were Haru Arisugawa, The Pink Gelato of Gelato 5, and Hojo Anna, The Heat Princess of Gecko Princesses. Both had feelings for Fudou and Desumi, respectively; however, after seeing the happiness they get from being with each other, they stop pursuing them and start to help them.
Will There Be A Love After World Domination Recap – The Story So Far
Some villains from overseas came to The Gecko Organization. They wanted to absorb them into their organization. Bosslar, along with the rest of the Geckos, were not on board with that proposal. The overseas villain took offense and decided to take them by force. They proved to be several times more powerful than the Gelatos and the Geckos combined.
With no other option in sight, Desumi asks Bosslar to give her the surgery. The surgery that she declined earlier. One that will improve her powers but turn her into a beast. With her upgraded abilities, she was able to defeat the villain who was attacking their base easily. She heads over to the Gelatos HQ to save Fudou. At the HQ, Fudou is struggling to keep up with the new villain.
All other Gelatos are down for the count. If he falls, too, it will be the end of peace. However, before he suffered from any permanent injury, Desumi showed up and defeated the villains. Fudou saw Desumi and was not fazed at all. Even though she looked like a Gorilla now, he still wanted to go on their first-anniversary date. And that is exactly what they did.
They went to the Amusement Park. The date went as well as one would expect, going on a date with a sentient gorilla. When she playfully beat him, she accidentally knocked him out. After laying Fudou down on a bench, she decides to leave. She thanks him for all the wonderful memories and says that those memories are enough for her to last a lifetime.
As she was leaving, Baby Ulti showed up. He has grown in size after eating the defeated overseas villain and absorbing their powers. He swallows Desumi whole, and the noise wakes up Fudou. He transforms into the Red Gelato out of instinct, and at that moment, Ulti spits out Desumi. She has returned to normal. Ulti absorbed her abilities reversing her transformation.
Desumi was as Naked as the day she was born. She quickly transforms into the Shinigami Princess so that she won’t be Naked anymore. A Reporter Crew that was following baby Ulti arrives on the scene. They assumed Red Gelato and Shinigami Princess defeated the villain. With the world watching, Fudou kisses Desumi and then declares to the world that they are in a relationship.
The Aftermath
After coming clean, a lot happened. The Geckos and The Gelatos came together. The new organization has the best of both worlds, and its mission is world peace. After suffering a crushing defeat, the overseas villains kept sending more and more villains to attack them. With the combined effort of Gelatos and Geckos, they keep the threats under control.
Professor Big Geloto retired, making her Grand Daughter Hyoka the new commander. Daigo Todoroki, the former Green Gelato, fulfilled his dream of becoming a Chef. Jinguji Misaki, the former Yellow Gelato, is working as a waitress at his restaurant, Haru Arisugawa, the former Pink Gelato, is working as a BL Manga Editor, and Fudo is working as an elementary school teacher.
The former Blue Joined the new Gecko Organization and is now the Forbidden Prince. Fudou also works there and now goes by Shinigami Prince. He fights alongside the Shinigami Princess. They are still very much in love. Desumi’s younger sister Urumi also joined the Gecko Organization and is now the Dark Princess. That is where the story came to an end.

It is unlikely there will be any more chapters as the story comes to a decent ending. Fudou and Desumi are dating openly now. The Gecko Organization is now working towards peace and not against it. You cannot ask for a better ending than this.
