The bandits have managed to get the herb they were looking for, so they have made the right call by following Woonhwi. He seems to have noticed it late that they have been on his tail for a long time as he wondered when they could have encountered him.
This means that they are now ready to kill him since he has led them to the herbs they were looking for. They seem to know his identity well as they also refer to him as the four supreme’s disciple showing that they are well aware of his background.
They easily took him down with one attack, and after this, they fled as Woonhwi’s team noticed that they had already gotten far and it will be difficult to catch up to them. Woonhwi was still lying on the ground while one of his team followed them.
Woonhwi’s innate core energy managed to relieve his pressure points and bring him back to consciousness, and this managed to help him get up as he was left by himself lying on the ground. Since the herb that was stolen had five yellow marbles, it means there are plenty of immature herbs around the area. Previously, the real clear summer’s recovery herb was discovered behind a frozen waterfall. So Woonhwi then moved towards the waterfall on the lookout for a matured herb.
