So we have One Piece Chapter 1080 spoilers, so let’s get into it without wasting any time. First, we have the title of the chapter, which is called “The Legendary Hero”, and I was not expecting a Garp vs. Hachinosu Chapter so freaking soon; after one, they just left G 14, two, after the Shanks Hype, like bro, Oda! You can take a break; you don’t have to reveal all of your cards here.
Just like a magician, after pulling out a rabbit from the hat, Oda goes on and pulls another rabbit out. The first plot point of the upcoming chapter says that all the events of the chapter are on the Pirate Island or Hachinosu, and we are not even getting Egg Head here.
For Law vs. Blackbeard, for Kid vs. Shanks, we at least got half Egg Head so that Oda could pair it out, right? So he doesn’t have to show us too much of the outside world, but here, Oda said to forget that you guys are getting nothing but Eggs for breakfast, and you gotta finish that plate.
The next plot point says that it is SWORD Squad vs. the Blackbeard Pirates, and it goes on and says that the Blackbeard Pirates present are Shiryu, Acalo Pizarro, San Juan Wolf, and Vasco Shot, and in addition to that, all these members are Devil Fruit users.
One Piece Chapter 1080 Spoilers
This was what we expected because, one, they are all Devil fruit hunters, and two are the antithesis of the Red Hair Crew, and if those guys don’t have Devil Fruits, these guys all do have one.

So it goes on and tells us which Devil Fruits these guys have… Avalo Pizarro has the “Island Fruit,” with the help of which he can control the island; San Juan Wolf has the “Inflation Fruit”; Vasco Shot has the “Liquor Fruit,” which I guess makes sense as he is always drunk.
Avalo Pizarro’s Island Fruit
Going back to Avalo Pizarro’s Island Fruit so that he can control an Island, big whoop, this is what Pica could do in Dressrosa, but I guess it is a better version of that since he is not limited to stone. Pica was a stone man; there was a stone manipulation; Avalo Pizarro is the island itself; he can become dirt, he can become gravel, he can become a building; I am not really too sure where this out at, but I guess he can be great for reconstruction around Hachinosu.
I think it is weird because when you think of an Island Fruit and somebody attacking you with their surroundings, it is like, wow, that is crazy! But when you really think about it, it is not that crazy at all; this is because, one, we have seen it with Pica, as I said, but two, awakened paramecia users can also attack their surroundings, like Doflomingo, for example.
Doflamingo wanted to attack with a town; he could turn the city into strings and attacks his opponent, Katakuri; he could do the same with Mochi, so Avalo Pizarro on paper, attacking with buildings and an island, it’s not that crazy, but like I said, we don’t have the chapter in front of us, so maybe this is really busted.
San Juan Wolf’s Inflation Fruit
San Juan Wolf, a man that is known as the Colossal Battleship, we knew that he had the Devil Fruit from the beginning, but we didn’t know what kind; all we know is that it probably made him a lot bigger than he actually is, and it turns out that it is true, he has the Inflation Fruit.
When I think of “Inflation,” I immediately think of a balloon, and I guess that makes sense since when we saw him at Marineford, he was very bulbous in nature, but the Inflation Fruit though, like inflation in One Piece, hasn’t really worked out well for people, and when I say that I am refreshing Wadatsumi from the Fish-Man Island, where his main quirk was inhaling a lot of air, and then trying to find Sanji and Jimbe rolling over them.
This thing, believe it or not, didn’t really work because they just beat the inflation out of him; they beat him like a balloon. Is that what is gonna happen to San Juan Wolf? I am not really too sure, but then again, being an inflated person, he could theoretically fly like a balloon; we don’t know because these Devil Fruits are goofy on paper, but hey! It is Oda we are talking about; he is known for making goofy abilities pretty broken.
I mean, the Rubber Fruit, nobody thought that would be really strong, and then look at where we are, so yeah, all I gotta say, maybe they have a really high ceiling!
Vasco Shot’s Liquor Fruit
I have no clue; I guess he will be really good drinking buddies with Zoro; I am too really are how this is gonna work; maybe he can drown people, or maybe this is One Piece’s version of Water Bending or Water Styling Jutsu, I have no real clue, but these Devil Fruits are a little bit wacky, a little bit zany, I might say, but I am really curious to see what is gonna look like once the chapter comes out.
Maybe I am gonna look like a fool, and these Devil Fruits are gonna be busted beyond belief; Garp is just on the floor.
SWORD Members
The next plot point says that the SWORD Members are Hibari, Prince Grus, and Kujaku, a brand new character who is Tsuru’s granddaughter. The SWORD roster won’t look to be a heavy set, so adding a brand-new character into the mix is well welcomed.
Next up, it says that Koby’s reward is 5 Stars, which is equal to 500 million berries; this was all thanks to his fame. That is a very modest bounty, nowhere close to Luffy’s, but you know what, 500 million for a captain? Pretty busted, but we do have to remember that his fame is pretty crazy.
This is because Koby is hailed as the hero of Rocky Port, so most likely, this 500 million we are seeing right now for Captain Koby isn’t the base level of all the other captains; Koby stands head and shoulder among them because of his infamy.
Blackbeard Has Kidnapped Koby
Next, up, the plot point says that Perona is also on the island, who is looking for Gecko Moria; we would love to see it, man; I was like, when is Perona coming back, I finally got her here, and it is interesting that she is here for Moria too because from what I saw has not been mentioned yet, is he even on this island, is he even alive still, because we have to remember, they are the Devil Fruit Hunters, the Shadow-Shadow Fruit is pretty weak on paper.
After that, it says that in a brief flashback, we see that Blackbeard has kidnapped Koby to negotiate with the world government for Pirate Island to become an official country under his control!! The guy just wants to go to the reverie; save him a seat!!
That is pretty to think that Blackbeard actually thought that far ahead. Being an official country and ruling over it, what would that mean? Like, For he is a Yonko, and they, of course, would not grant that wish; he is a pirate they can’t grant his country amnesty.
We then see Kuzan explaining to Blackbeard that the Government will not negotiate for someone from SWORD in general, so it looks like Blackbeard’s plan is just falling apart from the seams; he kidnapped the wrong person; he kidnapped the guy the Government doesn’t even want.
Blackbeard should have a Cipher Pol agent if you want to negotiate, do not capture someone from the SWORD, who opposes Cipher Pol, so yeah, pretty crazy, kind of small brain right here, but it is actually interesting to see what Blackbeard wants.
Blackbeard, thus far in the story, has been a complete enigma, he sees things that we don’t, and he has these crazy master plans, so it really makes make wonder if becoming an official country is even really his true goal, is that his true end goal, or is this just stepping stone for the next phase of Blackbeard, I have no clue, but it is really interesting that we are finally getting some insights as to what Blackbeard is working towards.
Moving on, we see the powers of Hibari; she not only is a sniper but also uses a weapon from Vegapunk, which I gotta say is pretty solid because we saw what Vegapunk’s weapons are truly capable of; I mean, Lilith had bubble gun, that had properties of the sea that tagged Devil Fruit powers of the Seraphim.
