Tragic childhood of Britney spears
Britney Spears didn’t actually have a glamorous early life, but her family struggles went far beyond the financials. Her father, Jamie Spears, had a drinking problem and would often take out his anger on his family, particularly on his wife. Her aunt Chandra believes that the constant fighting between her parents molded Britney to be a quiet and soft-spoken child. But all of that changed when Britney got on stage. She grew up singing in the church choir.
At first, Jamie was not very supportive of his daughter’s music career. But once Britney showed her talent, he became her biggest fan. Her brother Bryan was even named after an opera singer. After graduating from high school, Britney joined the L.A. singing group called ‘O-Town,’ where she met her boyfriend, Jason Alexander (Jason Alexander). The couple broke up after a year but remarried in 2009 (see their wedding). The couple had a son together but split again in June 2010. A week later, she married her bodyguard Kevin Federline (Kevin Federline), who committed suicide in September 2011 (he died of an accidental drug overdose).

Downfall in her career
She experienced a downfall in her career when she shaved her head and expressed erratic behavior. She was hospitalized for a mental breakdown. Her parents filed a conservatorship trial, which they won because of Britney’s poor financial status and her inability to manage her own finances (due to her mental state). Since then, she has made several comebacks and is now performing on stage again.

Britney Spears’s father, Jamie Spears, rarely allowed her to go out in public, so she decided to hold a small private concert at the Staples Center in Los Angeles for her fans and friends. The Part of Me tour began in 2011 and consisted of 48 shows in North America, New Zealand, Australia, and Asia. On December 31 of that year, Spears performed her final concert as a part of the tour at The AXIS auditorium/Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, as a part of ‘Piece of Me.’ It was streamed live on YouTube via Verizon phones.
Britney Spears finished 2012 with 3 sold out shows at The AXIS auditorium/Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. By the end of the year, she had performed 128 shows across North America, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand and grossed $79.8 million in tickets sales.
