The release date of the Turkish historical series, Kuruluş: Osman Season 4 Episode 21 has been scheduled. With the release of its previous episode, episode 20, on March 15, 2023, the series has witnessed unexpected alliances and sacrifices.
Kuruluş: Osman debuted on-screen with its first episode on October 5, 2022. The series has earned a significant amount of worldwide acclaim since its debut. Due to its popularity, the Turkish series is presently being dubbed into numerous languages including Bengali and Urdu. The series has gained a huge number of viewers, especially in Pakistan, Albania, and the Middle East, apart from Turkey.
The Bozdag Films production, Kuruluş: Osman is the creation of Mehmet Bozdag in collaboration with many other writers which include Atilla Engin, Fatma Nur Guldali, and many others. The series is produced under the direction of Ahmet Yilmaz, starring Burak Özçivit, Özge Törer, and Ragıp Savaş.
The Premise of Kuruluş: Osman Season 4
The historical series, Kuruluş: Osman mainly focuses on the political and military achievements of the founder-ruler of the Ottoman Empire, Osman Ghazi. It highlights the internal and external struggles he had to face during his reign.
Kuruluş: Osman Season 4 concentrates on the animosity among Osman Bey, Nayman, Ismihan Sultan, and Kantakuzenos, one of the successors of the Byzantine throne, in Constantinople, which emerges when he attempts to kill Adronikos (former ruler of Constantinople) to acquire the throne. However, after learning Kantakuzenos’s plan, Osman Bey comes to Adronikos’s rescue.
The incident enrages Kantakuzenos and his ally Olof, therefore, they conspire to accuse Alcicek, the daughter of one of Osman’s subordinates, Oktem Bey. Somehow, Osman thwarts their scheme and proves their innocence.
However, when Osman starts flourishing further, Ismihan Sultan, Alaediin Kayqubad III’s mother travels to Yenisehir out of concern for Osman’s expanding power and joins forces with Kantakuzenos, Olof, and Bayindir to overthrow Osman. Meanwhile, Osman plans to reinstate Sultan Mesud, Alaeddin’s uncle as a ruler.
Osman suffers significant damage as a result of Ismihan infecting Yenisehir with a disease and nearly killing him. But Osman thwarts all her schemes by murdering Kantakuzenos. During the conflict, Osman also killed a Mongol commander, therefore, his superior commander, Nayman promises to kill Osman. Hereafter, Osman Bey and Nayman start preparing for the huge battle by forming different alliances.
Kuruluş: Osman Season 4 Episode 20 Recap
Kuruluş: Osman Season 4 episode 20 witnesses the greatest battle faced by Osman Bey and his soldiers. Although they have already vanquished the Byzantine force, now they are faced with a new threat from the west – the Mongols.
The Mongol army invades Bey’s land, Yenisehir, under the command of their dreadful leader, Balgay. Learning about the threat, Osman Bey chooses to team up with his former foe, Togay. Despite his initial reluctance, Togay, the head of the Cumans, eventually decides to ally with Osman Bey.
Thereafter, Osman Bey and Togay jointly initiate a counterattack against the Mongols. During the fierce and bloody battle, Togay’s and Osman’s armies sustain significant losses. However, Osman Bey and his troops succeed in winning the battle, expelling the Mongols from their territory.
Therefore, the episode showed an unexpected alliance, as mentioned earlier. No one expected the alliance of Osman with his former enemy. If we talk about sacrifice, then a foe like Togay, forming an alliance and helping Osman by putting his hard feelings towards him aside, is something commendable.
