Considering the past events of the series, Devo claims that he will be responsible for eliminating the group of Joester, which is why he says that Hol Horse and everyone else should not come in between them. Later in the chapter, Ryoko suddenly regains her senses and returns to reality, when Noriaki’s soul left the same doll at which we see all the memories she was experiencing before. This is where he unknowingly pushes Hol Horse, but he somehow grabs one of the ledges and saves himself. When this happens, Ryoko believes that Hol Horse must have done something to her to provoke her, but he explains that he was trying to grab a comic book.
After some time, Ryoko remembers seeing Hol Horse in Tohth, which is why she concludes that he is somehow connected to DIO. She even asks if he knows what happened to her cousin Noriaki, but the stammered Hol Horse cannot respond. This is why she grabs a gun on the ground, points it towards Hol Horse, and demands that he state the answer about what he did to her sister, Noriaki.
The scene changes to Karaiya, where we see that he tried to attack Josuke with a wielded tool, we also see Josuku asking him what his real goal is and why he has to send Petsounds after them, but on the other hand, he, first mumbles but suddenly laughing.
