The Heavenly Idol Episode 4: Preview
The story begins in the heavenly world of God, the highest priest Rembrary, a divine priest who protects mortals from the evils of the underworld. While fighting with the underworld, he suddenly gets transported into the present world of South Korea. He is inside a body of an Idol, Woo Yeon Woo. Now he is a member of 3 years old unknown Idol group named ‘Wild Animal’. He is confused by the situation in the new body, while it is the comeback performance for the Idol group after a year, which is their only hope else they will disband.
Rembrary was trying to get the context of the situation, and along with the members, he was sent to the stage to live perform their new song. He couldn’t figure out what was happening to him and ruined their live performance by yelling that he didn’t know how to dance. The videos go viral and save Wild Animal from disbanding.
Meanwhile, Kim Dal is an ex-manager of a girl group. Due to some past incidents, she has left the company. Dal is a big fan of Won Yeon Woo. She runs into him at the music broadcasting station while he tries to enter to meet the evil that has entered this world. Kim Dal notices the differences in Woo Yeon Woo’s personality right away. She hears Rembrary’s story and convinces him to become a successful idol to meet the Evil One.
After seeing the increasing popularity of Woo Yeon Woo through edited videos, she joins their company as Wild Animal’s new road manager to protect Woo Yeon Woo. Kim Dal was suffering from depression about two years ago. Wild Animal was a new idol group at that time. Dal first met Woo Yeon Woo while they were distributing their CDs to the public. His words helped her overcome her depression. So at present, she wants to help him back.
Recently, Rembrary finds out that chocolates increase his power. He starts eating chocolate and tries to contact the real Woo Yeon Woo in the other world. He is successful in connecting but he doesn’t want to return back to his real body. He refuses to be a washed-up idol again and enjoys being the priest. Rembrary and Yoon Weon Woo make a slave contract if he will able to give Wild Animal wins Asia Artist Award at Korean Music Awards then he will think about coming back. Rembrary promises to make them a popular idol group.
