How many seasons are there in stranger things?
Since there are currently four seasons of Stranger Things, new viewers (who are going to become fans soon) will be able to easily binge them all. The said series has 34 episodes in total, although the most recent season has movie-length episodes, so those can take more time to watch.
Stranger Things Season 1
So, to start with, season 1 mainly aimed at introducing us to Joyce Byers, Jim Hopper, and the happy-go-lucky group of young children who would end up at the center of the mystery.
We can all say that Stranger Things has never had a subpar season, but we also claim that nothing can compare to the beauty of the first. The maiden season is an engrossing thriller that succeeds because it accomplishes so much with so little.
Apart from everything, it’s the ’80s nostalgia that is the cherry on top.
Stranger Things Season 2
Its second season was arguably the most anticipated in Netflix’s history. We can remember the cult the show became, and the watchers were buying subscriptions to Netflix just to watch season 2.
It mostly focuses on what happened after the first season, as Will Byers tries to adjust to life again following his ordeal in the Upside Down, while Mike tries to move on following Eleven’s alleged demise.
Season 2 revisits season 1 and provide flashbacks lie a million time, but it also ups the suspense, multiplies the shocks, and raises the stakes without being overly gory. And fans who have watched season 2 in full can’t say enough good things about the last two episodes.
Stranger Things season 3
Some critics referred to the release of Stranger Things season 3 on Netflix as a comeback for a program that had stalled in its second season, and in many respects, they were right.
It was more entertaining than its forerunners, proposing to expand the plot beyond Hawkins to shake things up. This time, outside forces had reopened the entryway to the Upside Down, and it was up to the main characters to close it.
However, when Billy, Max’s brother, gets involved, things become more difficult. The emotional stakes, the bond between Eleven and Max, and the inclusion of Robin were just a few of the positive aspects of Stranger Things 3.
Stranger Things Season 4
With a plot that extended beyond Hawkins and a tone that was far more adult, the fourth season rapidly distinguished itself from its predecessors and demonstrated that Stranger Things had now taken a different route and matured.
This time, the threat was not the Mind Flayer but a new evil known as Vecna, who was ruthlessly murdering people in all dimensions. Eleven, who was helpless and the only one who could stop him, was having a hard time adjusting to her new life in California.
And as all of this was going on, Jim Hopper, a beloved character, was imprisoned in a covert facility on the other side of the globe. Nevertheless, the longer episodes do occasionally cause pacing problems, and the newer, more explicit approach might not be to everyone’s taste.
Even so, the first half of the season managed to restore the show’s seriousness while still giving it its beloved heart.
Is Stranger Things worth watching?
Yes, all seasons of Stranger Things are well worth viewing and deserving of accolades. This show is regarded as a love letter to all the nerdy and horror-loving 1980s youth, but horror and sci-fi fans of various ages have discovered how addictive it is.
There is no other contemporary science fiction program that has such a strong hold on popular culture and the interest of a broad spectrum of television viewers.
