She woke up in the body of the antagonist’s sister, who was killed off following her 16th birthday. Knowing this, she is adamant about changing her future. She has no qualms about following the original plot of the novel whatsoever. She will be writing her own story from now on.
Our protagonist, who remains unnamed throughout the series, one day woke up in the body of Laviolette Diaz of the Diaz Marquess Family. A side character in a BL Novel. She is the younger sister of Werner Diaz, the protagonist who, after a series of unfortunate events, becomes the antagonist.
To make matters worse, Laviolette was born with an extremely weak body. She is so weak that she is unable to wear heavy fabrics. She requires round-the-clock care however, that doesn’t stop her from being a kid.
Akkad Enoch is one of her closest friends and also the future love interest of Werner. Akkad is hiding a secret that is only known to his immediate family and Laviolette. His touch has miraculous healing abilities, and because of that, Laviolette keeps him around.
Every time she feels sick, she has him heal her. Even though she doesn’t know it yet, Akkad is madly in love with her. She obeys all of her unreasonable conditions and even sleeps in the same bed as her so she can have a good night’s sleep.
Recently, we were introduced to Cade Kourtney. He is the eldest son of Count Kourtney and Akkad’s cousin. Cade often bullies Akkad because he is jealous of his position. Unlike him, Akkad was born into the Duke’s family and is all set to inherit the title.
Cade was not even considered because he was not born into the Duke’s family. He tries his best to put him down and has even attacked him. Due to Akkad’s timid nature, Cade feels he can push him around.

In the previous chapter, we saw Akkad visiting Laviolette after his long absence. The reason for his absence was Cade attacked him, and Akkad suffered an injury to his face. Akkad thought Laviolette would be mad at him for injuring his face as she had explicitly told him not to.
Akkad is the type to take everything he hears to face values. Because of his swordsmanship training, he got some injuries on his palms. Cade told him that his hands were ugly and that he should hide them.
When he told the same to Laviolette, she was outraged. She wanted to talk to Cade right that second and give him a piece of his mind. But Akkad stepped on her. Turns out everyone who meets Cade falls for him.
To the outside world, he is perfect, and Akkad fears that Cad will have the same effect on Laviolette as well. He can’t bear losing Laviolette to Cade. And because of that, every time Laviolette tried going to his house, he stopped her. This prompted Laviolette to go to some extreme measures.

In the next chapter, we will get to see what Laviolette meant by using the “Great Duel.” She seems to have some sort of a plan in mind. Since Laviolette is known for being eccentric, we have no idea what to expect.
However, we can get some sense of what to expect from the name “Great Duel.” Is she planning on having Akkad duel Cade? We did see that Akkad was somewhat proficient in swordsmanship. He said he enjoys the lessons as well. This will be an excellent opportunity for him to showcase his true abilities.
