The Demon God mentioned that he should give up on Team Leader because he could not make the light of the throne shine on him. Haochen prayed for his team leader to rest in peace and decided to take the next trip on his own.

The demon god told Haochen people were very good at lying to themselves. He mentioned that the team leader had been dead for a while. Haochen lost his patience and told him he should stop talking.

The Demon Lord used the Death Cicada and unleashed his full attack. The Demon God challenged Haochen to make it out of there in one piece. But his attack did no damage to Haochen, and he walked out of there without a single scratch.

The demon god was furious, so he used a death cicada with a cricket sound to keep him at a distance. Haochen blew it away; the Demon God had to opt for cicada silk, which failed to touch him.

After using all of his attacks, the Demon God had nothing left to use on him. Haochen took out his sword and used it on the Demon Lord. He was surprised at how Haochen was so powerful when he was just at level 5. Haochen and his teammates ended up killing the demon and driving out the other demon too.
