Pokémon: Aim to Be a Pokémon Master Episode 4 will bring us one step closer to the end of Ash and Pikachu’s journey. When the news was first announced, it was heart-wrenching to learn that Ash will no longer be there to carry the legacy of Pokemon. While he is not a character from the Games, Pokemon anime and franchise have become synonymous with him. A great series needs a protagonist that can make it stand out, and for Pokemon, it was Ash.
While their journey Ash is finally coming to an end, at least we get to witness him becoming a pokemon champion. It was one of his biggest achievements in the series as he had been wanting to win since the inception of the series. We get to see him waving the trophy with Pikachu at his side, marking a milestone not just in the series but the medium of his accomplishments. However, it was clear that the time will come when he has to step down and leave the show as the main character.
