Digimon Ghost Game Episode 47 Recap
Episode 47 of the Digimon Ghost Game opens with a conflict that ends with Shadramon’s demise. The concept of rebirth without memories bothers him. He is told he will maintain his memories by someone. Robotic bugs eat up the data, and instead of becoming a digital representation, they turn it into a crystal. Ihara, lying in bed, has multiple layers of digital information appear, which the crystal infects and flattens back to the single layer after dropping it.
Shadramon believes it was all a dream as his arm comes out of his leg the next day. While he sleeps in the computer room, Kiyoshiro disturbs him. The arm reappears while Kiyoshiro speaks with a professor about data submission, but only the child notices it. Kiyoshiro gets irritated when he adds that he hasn’t seen his anime in a while and hence won’t be able to discuss spoilers. When Kiyoshiro sees the youngster, he becomes concerned, and the professor seems dissatisfied.
He knows about this “Digimon that’s not like a Digimon” and finds Espimon’s flight annoying. Later, Anoramon appears with Espimon. Espimon departs after Rini has gone in search of Angoramon. To assist, Kiyoshiro asks Jellymon. He gripes that he ought to be searching for Hiro instead. Mummymon and Ruri talk over video conference, and according to Ruri, Shadramon’s head emerges at night. Shadramon manipulates Ihara, and he is covered in the trash the next morning.
Shadramon is back in the wilderness where he was lying in wait to die. He recalls it, is not transformed into a digitama, and is baffled as to why he has been fused with a human, but he is soon reincarnated. He starts to unhologram while still being hologrammed to Ihara. He committed an error, according to the voice. A failure. Both Ihara and Shaderamon are angry at this. Others rush to help after hearing Ihara screaming. Shadramon is upset that it doesn’t match up to what he and Shadramon agreed.
Shadramon requests assistance rather than fusing with anyone. The voice informs us that those doctors are not yet finished. Nanomon commands the two of them while firing flames toward Ihara. It’s not Shadramon doing this, and it’s someone else. Betel time. And Tesla. Shadramon continues to stress that it’s not him, even as Betel spots something on his ear. Epimon hunts for the culprit. Nanomon says it all worked, except for the fact that they didn’t separate.
Shadramon dies during a fight. Despite not liking the idea of being reborn without memory, someone assures him that his memories will remain. Robotic bugs devour the data, turning it into a crystal rather than a digital representation. The crystal infects and flattens back to a single layer after dropping Ihara’s multiple layers of digital information as she lies in bed. The VV symbol doesn’t give much at the moment, but we know it will return in this episode.
Ghost Game enjoys sprinkling the program with nothing. There is nothing novel or original about this episode. Even though this episode is mainly a compilation of earlier ones, we do get to meet Uver once again. Another most likely pointless reply to Hiro’s significant letter.
