Eleceed Chapter 256 will see the consequence of Duke Grayne killing his own frame member and trying to put all the blame on Jiwoo. Duke mistook her for visiting Jiwoo. He thought she was friends with Jiwoo. So the moment she came out of the Jiwoo’s room, Duke killed her.

The chapter starts with Schnauder summoning Roist and Duke into his room. Roist thought that Jiwoo was talented, but she never would have thought he only trained for a year. Schnauder tells Roist that many outstanding individuals exist on the earth, so they must always stay on guard.

He then asks Duke, with a strong presence that what he should do will him. When Schnauder heard that a disciple of his was lost to Kayden’s disciple, he first thought of killing him. Duke apologizes to Schnauder, and tells him that he was not in his best condition that day, as when he was preparing for his fight with Jiwoo, he sustained an injury.

Schnauder tells him he’s sure that even if he were not hurt, he would have lost to Kayden’s disciple. He tells Duke that with his ability, he won’t be able to beat Kayden’s disciple, and that’s why he decided not to kill him.
