Debut Or Die Chapter 41 is going to be the latest addition to the Drama-Musical-Regression Manhwa. The Story follows the life of a Civil Service aspirant who one day wakes up three years in the past in the body of a stranger.
Ryu Gun-Woo is an Engineer who moonlights as a photographer while preparing for his Civil Service Exams. After he failed to qualify for the exam for the 6th time in a row, he was in his room drinking away his sorrow.
Gun-Woo passed out at some point in the night, and when he woke up, he was in a different room. More surprisingly Gun-Woo could not recognize the person who was staring back at him through the mirror.
After some investigation, Gun-Woo found out that it originally belonged to Park Moon-Dae. He found a will and an empty bottle of sleeping pills next to the bed. From that, it was clear what Moon-Dae was trying to do before the switch.
Gun-Woo assumed it was a case of body switching and that Moon-Dae was alive and well in his body. That was the case until he looked outside and saw that it was snowing. This was troubling because Gun-Woo remembers it to be summer.
He heads to a cyber cafe to do some research and discovers that he has regressed three years into the past. Furthermore, he now has all the perks that come with undergoing regression.
But that’s not all. There is a mission he must carry out. He must debut as an Idol within 365 Days, or he will die permanently this time.
Using his knowledge of future events and from his time as a Photographer for K-Pop Events Moon-Dae was able to secure a part in an Idol Reality Television Show. And by using the system to his advantage, he was able to slowly but steadily build up his skills and is getting closer and closer to debuting every day.
Debut Or Die Manhwa Recap
The remaining 30 participants have been grouped into 6 Groups of 5 people each. Moon-Dae was placed in the rabbit group. As he headed into the room designated for the rabbit team, he saw Kim Rae-Bin. He seems to have made it before him. Rae-Bin is very excited that they are on the same team yet again. As they were conversing, Seon Ah-Yeon walls in, and then there were three.
As Ah-Yeon and Rae-Bin were getting acquainted, Big Se-Jin walked in. Before the final member walks in Se-Jin rallies the others to scare him. Not knowing this, the last member of the group Ha IlJoon walks in. As soon as he is at the doorway, he gets scared and falls behind, much to Se-Jin’s amusement. Now that everyone is here, they start discussing their routine.
Each of them voices their ideas and concerns about their upcoming performance. When they asked Moon-Dae about what he wanted to do, he said this. He wanted to combine all the ideas his teammates came up with.
First, he wants to sing “I Like To Wait” as Ah-Yeon suggested, wants to add an oriental touch like Rae-Bin suggested, incorporate the rabbit theme like IlJoon, and finally tie it all together with a sexy routine like Se-Jin suggested.
Se-Jin presented the idea to the writers and was able to receive their approval. Turns out the writers liked their idea very much. However, before they could celebrate, they were distracted by a commotion.
It was from the Puppy Team. We see Lee Se-Jin walk out of the room in anger. From the looks of it, it seems like Se-Jin argued with his teammates Chou Wong-Il, Ryu Cheong-Woo, and Cha Eugene.
But Team Rabbit has no time to waste on their drama, so they start practicing. Since they only have about ten days to perfect their routine, they practice without any breaks.
The scene then shifts to later in the day. Team Rabbit is finished with Day 1 of training. All of them seem just about ready to collapse but not Moon-Dae. Moon-Dae has a secret weapon up his sleeve.
Well, he has several, but the one that stands out now is the skill that lets him ignore 50% of his Fatigue. Moon-Dae is confident that if he continues at the same pace, he will be able to debut within the year.
Pleased with himself, he gets ready for bed. But before he could do so, someone started banging on his door. Moon-Dae opens the door to reveal Eugene with red eyes and tears streaming down his cheeks.
Debut Or Die Chapter 41 Spoilers & Predictions
Looks like the issue with Lee Se-Jin has not been resolved, and it has taken a toll on Eugene’s psyche. Things will only continue to get harder if the issues are not resolved quickly. If not, it could cost all of them their chance at Idol Inc.
Eugene, in particular, seems terribly distressed. Just what did Se-Jin do to cause this much distress to his fellow teammates? Or what did his teammate do to cause Se-Jin to have such a strong reaction?
