Tengoku Daimakyou, Heavenly Delusion takes place from the perspective of two main characters, Kiruko, the female lead, and Maru, the male lead. Are you asking if they are romantically involved or if such developments can happen? No, Kiruko and Maru are siblings. Their only goal is to escape from living like cattle and survive in the outside world and find the truth behind everything.
Tengoku Daimakyou, Heavenly Delusion is set in the time of the far future in Tokoyo, where teenagers are raised in nursery-like centers without knowing anything about their parent’s faces, about adults, or anything orthodox; they are forced to take at everything at face value and couldn’t question about anything.

Tengoku Daimakyou, Heavenly Delusion Episode 2, starts off with playful moments with Kuku and Kona, and they fight for a drawing with Tokio. Such playful moments go on throughout the day, and they don’t question anything.
At midnight, something eerie happens, and a man-eater breaks into their rooms; after a few moments of horrifying suspense, our main character fights the man-eater with their supernatural abilities.
After a long battle with the man-eater, Kiruki manages to hit the man-eater’s wings and injure it, the now cautious man-eater gets rescued by their teacher, and they explain how it is their son. While learning about such shocking news, Kiruki and Maru back off. Also because they ran out of weapons, and any fighting with them will only lead to their death.
The man-eater then turns on their back and kills their teacher, while Kiruki and Maru are now forced to fight against the man-eater once again. Maru, with his skillful dodging and supernatural powers, managed to defeat the man-eater without any problems.
