Recap
We meet Oh Yeon Doo, a well-known Korean language teacher and internet phenomenon, is well-known for her outstanding online presence. The recent events, however, are throwing off the course of her simple life as she learns of her boyfriend’s betrayal by capturing him in the act of adultery and also learns about her pregnancy.
The female lead is shown to be losing her composure as she discovers herself helplessly drifting into a perilous scenario. Gong Tae Kyung has an outstanding reputation in the medical profession as a skilled gynecologist and an excellent obstetrician.
Even his family history is out of the ordinary because they are well known for specializing in infertility treatments. Although they might not want to, Tae Kyung and Yeon Doo constantly cross paths and assist one another, suggesting that their fates are intimately intertwined.
When Yeon Doo tells the daddy of her unborn child that she is pregnant, Gong Tae refuses to tie the knot with Yeon Doo but accepts responsibility for getting her pregnant. He also wants nothing to do with the child.
Yeon Doo bravely decides to raise her child on her own while coping with her unanticipated pregnancy. Yeon Doo’s unintentional one-night stand partner, Tae Kyung, also finds himself in a sticky situation.
We see that he makes a fictitious contract marriage proposal to Yeon Doo in an effort to avoid an undesirable marriage. Although Yeon Doo initially rejects it, it appears to be the obvious solution to both of their issues.
So, quite unexpectedly, Yeon Doo announces her pregnancy and claims Tae Kyung is the father of her kid at Tae Kyung and Se Jin’s wedding, setting off quite a dramatic situation.
The largest charade game of their lives now begins as the pretend couple struggles to appear sincere in front of their communities and families while experiencing intense romantic feelings for one another.
