Lucky Star follows the story of four cute Japanese high school girls: Konata Izumi, the lazy otaku; Tsukasa and Kagami, the Hiiragi Twins who are sweet and spicy respectively; Miyuki Takara, the Smart, and Weel-Mannered; this anime setting is based on the city of Kasukabe in Saitama Prefecture.

This anime follows the story of Tsumki Miniwa, who is in love with her best friend, Io Otonashi, she does not confess her feeling to him but to her friends; both are a perfect match for each other. His friend drops obvious hints and constant teasing that she likes him, but he always misses those signs.
