The Plot Of “The Law Cafe”:
Kim Jung-Ho (Lee Seung-Gi) is a highly intelligent man. He used to work as a prosecutor but had to leave his job because of his father’s corruption scandal. He has been unemployed since then. He owns a building and lives off the rent collected from the tenants while also living on the rooftop of his own property. Kim Jung-Ho has been friends with Kim Yoo-Ri (Lee Se-Young) since they were high school students, which was about 17 years ago. Kim Jung-Ho has been in love with Kim Yoo-Ri for many years.
Kim Yoo-Ri is a beautiful woman who possesses both brains and brawn. Yu Ri is an eccentric lawyer who, with her good looks, won the past Miss Korea contest. She stands up for what she believes in and always goes after her goals relentlessly. Because she had a terrible experience with a guy in the past, she has decided to stay single for the rest of her life. After years of working as a lawyer for a prestigious law firm, Kim Yoo-Ri finally gathers the courage to quit her job. Later, she opened “Law Cafe” in a building owned by Kim Jung-Ho. The cafe serves coffee and offers legal counseling. Anyone can stop by for a cup of coffee or to get advice from the lawyer.

In this episode, we see that Jung-ho doesn’t understand why he agrees to keep their relationship a secret per Yu-ri’s request.
