We have exciting news for Naruto fans, your favorite childhood anime, Naruto, is finally returning with Naruto Remake, a four surprise episodes project. Masashi Kishimoto fans were desperately waiting for Naruto to finally get a remake, and as they expected, the anime is finally returning to the screen in 2023. The news of the remake began to spread on social media after Viz Media officially released a trailer for “Road of Naruto” on Naruto’s 20th anniversary.
Fans of Naruto were pretty much hopeless that they would ever get any Naruto content in the future since both the manga and the anime were already over, so they were sure there was nothing they could get from the anime except for a remake. Even though Naruto content has come to an end, Boruto is still running on screen, even though die-hard Naruto fans are not very happy with how Boruto has turned out so far.
They still continue to watch it because Boruto is still part of Masashi Kishimoto’s work, and they want to continue to support him and his projects as Naruto fans. But now viewers are very excited that they will finally get some other Naruto content other than Boruto in 2023, and we are not talking about a movie or a light novel this time; Naruto is returning with additional special episodes.
Yes, Naruto Remake is going to get animated in 2023, but we are only getting four episodes, according to the announcement on their official website. We are sure four weekly released episodes would be more than enough for the fans, and everyone is excited to find out how it will all turn out. Naruto fans are already curious about these four episodes because, as you can already tell, they are animating a limited number of episodes, so we can not expect them to give us a full arc adaptation.
Naruto fans have already come up with some theories that the four episodes might focus on a certain character to give us a starter for something big that will be announced in the future. We are getting four anime episodes of Naruto to celebrate the anniversary of Naruto’s official debut back on October 3, 2002. As the Naruto anime series has already completed 20 years, the makers of Naruto are releasing four episodes to celebrate the success and love they have received from the viewers in all the past years.

About Naruto Remake Trailer
Road to Naruto, a ten-minute trailer, was released on October 8, 2022. The trailer is a compilation of remastered scenes from Naruto anime, and even though it is not something new, fans appreciate that the makers of the series have released a special trailer for the fans to celebrate the 20th anniversary.
In the trailer, we can see when Sasuke questions Naruto about his identity, and Naruto gives him an amazing answer. Instead of revealing his name, he calls Sasuke his friend in the Valley of the End, near the Madara and Hashirama statues.
It showed the journey of Naruto as a lonely kid, and from the time when he and Sasuke did not get along well, in one of the scenes, we could spot the two of them avoiding each other after their eyes met. The rest of the trailer covers almost some of the most interesting parts from the original Naruto anime, which makes it quite an interesting watch for the fans who were feeling the missing presence of Naruto in their lives after the anime series ended.
Road to Naruto also featured songs like Flow by Go!!!, Ikimonogakari’s Blue Bird and KANA-BOON’s Silhouette throughout the trailer, so it was a very nostalgic experience for the viewers who were away from any Naruto content after the ending of the manga and the anime.
