Eun-mother Ki trembles anxiously when he discovers her. That evening, Sung-jun feels Eun-ki might be in danger and rushes to the kids’ center to check on her. To save Eun-ki, Sung-jun tracks down Sung-hoon, but his assumptions are incorrect. Sung-explanation, hoon’s though, doesn’t add up, and Sung-jun continues to suspect that Sung-hoon is concealing something. Blind’s episode 12 opens with Sung-Joon pacing in the hospital and hoping for the best. Although the doctors have done their best, there is no guarantee that Sung-Hoon will awaken again. Sung-Hoon is not in a good way, and as his parents arrive, they learn this from the doctor. But at least he’s still alive, so that’s something. When Sung-Joon arrives, he chooses to assist rather than treat them with the same disrespect.
The young man is clearly distressed and scrawling up the wall at this poor mother’s house. He prefers to go by “Number 45” instead of his real name because he doesn’t like it. Sung-Joon makes an effort to communicate with him because it turns out that he is aware of who Number 24 is. This leaves Number 24 since In-Seong may be targeted as Number 12 now. Sung-Joon discovers that Jin-Gu is Lee Hyun-brother Soo, due to his confession. They also discover a bloody knife hidden under the counter in addition to everything else. When Jung-Soo is interrogated, he admits that he committed the murder.
