There is a common made-up conspiracy theory that the singer’s wedding might have been fake or planned. If this theory is true, it suggests that the recent breakup between her and Asghari could also be a part of a planned situation. This is because a genuine marriage would not need a divorce if the wedding itself was based on false information.

This theory started gaining attention in May 2023 when The Conspiracy Bestie shared a two-part series on TikTok. The series used artificial intelligence to analyze wedding videos and pictures of the couple. It pointed out significant discrepancies that suggested that Britney, who is 41 years old, might not have been present at the ceremony.
On August 15, Thatsdebatablepod, another TikTok user, presented evidence that hinted Britney might not have been present at her wedding and might have passed away. However, this theory does not seem to make sense.
Another conspiracy theory by Emely pointed out that Britney usually includes the number 7 in her Instagram captions about her wedding and talks about “loving Prince.” However, when I tried to find that exact post on Instagram, it was not there.
Emely thinks this could mean Britney’s wedding might not be true, and she connects it to a song called “Let’s Pretend We’re Married” by Prince. Emely believes this could be Britney’s method of showing that her marriage might not be real or that she was forced into it.

The singer used Instagram as a platform to express her feelings about the extensive media attention after news of the couple’s divorce was released, composing a message saying, ‘As everyone knows, Hesam and I are not together.. . 6 years is a long time to be with someone. So, I’m a little surprised, but… I’m not here to explain why because it’s honestly no one’s business!!!”
In her post, Spears expressed gratitude to her supportive friends, saying, ‘Telepathically I get so many messages from friends that make my heartburn and thank you!!’ The celebrity admitted, but that’s not an obvious fact. She revealed that she always has to hide her weaknesses. Otherwise, his father’s “strong soldier” would have her referred to doctors for improvement.
Meanwhile, Britney and Sam were married for six years and formalized their union in California on June 9, 2022. The couple reportedly signed a prenuptial agreement.
