By gaining 37 heads and destroying the 5 king monsters, Luo Feng has come out on top. His actions have motivated other stars too as with their combined efforts they manage to slay 100 king monsters in a single day, a feat considered to be impossible till this day but will this winning streak didn’t last long as the warriors are faced with yet another challenge.
In Swallowed Star Episode 79, we saw Luo Feng completely obliterating the king monsters giving the people a ray of hope. But Feng is still one man and he can’t win this war all by himself as the eastern military base is attacked by their worst nightmare.
All the fighting on the land has caused the octopus monster emperor to awaken and swallow a warhead instantly. Faced with this terrifying foe, how would Feng save the world this time? We’ll get the answers in Swallowed Star Episode 80!
Swallowed Star Episode 79: Recap
The episode opens up with Luo Feng making his way towards the horde of king monsters which appeared near the sea. As he cruises through the skies on his flying board, people all over the world join their hands and look at him go with all their hopes. All the people from the world along with the other warriors fighting in different places pray for his victory. Luo Feng’s family and the military officers also hope for his victory.
As soon as Feng reaches the shore, he’s immediately attacked by one of the king monsters. The tentacles take him by surprise but he still manages to dodge them all because of his speed. The jellyfish monster rises from the water revealing its body and as Feng tries to get some distance, he’s attacked by another king monster who he parries.
The loud cry from the Jelly wish monster attracts 3 more king monsters and they all soon corner Feng. Despite being outnumbered, Feng still doesn’t phase and holds his ground as he prepares to attack. The Monsters also charge up their powers and let out a huge energy blast all at once. Feng is determined with only one thought in his mind “killing 1 king monster will save the lives of millions”.
Feng dodges all of the blasts and in a burst of anger, he starts slashing at the bodies of all the monsters. He uses the Fourth treasure the mental power weapon arc knife tray which he received earlier from Babata. The knife knocks one of the monsters out with ease and sends the others flying giving Feng time to get more strikes at them.
The battle continues to go back and forth. Meanwhile, the military officers worry about the damage that has been caused by these king monsters and the people they have lost so far. Many stars have also fallen in this quest for freedom and so all of their hopes and dreams now lie within Luo Feng. Everyone wishes for him to be victorious.
Luo Feng has now started to turn the tides of this battle as he cuts one of the monsters from inside. He slashes the other one and throws the monster over a mountain. He then uses the knife tray at full strength and defeats one monster.
The jellyfish monster gets enraged and attacks Feng but he strikes back by cutting all its tentacles. The other two monsters try to attack him from behind but he uses the knife tray to cut them and strangle them together after which Feng disposes of them in one clean strike.
Feng then attacks the jellyfish monster with his sword. He quickly makes his way inside the monster and slashes it continuously until it almost collapses. He then comes out of the monster and picks it up marking his victory. 5 of the six king monsters have now been killed and only the east sea green dragon remains.
Feng throws away the jellyfish monster to fight the last monster. He commends his weapon and then puts all his mental energy into it to simulate the curved blade. The blade starts rotating at insanely high speeds and gathers a lot of destructive power. After the blade collects enough rotations, Feng throws it at the monster cutting it in half along with the mountains behind it demonstrating its massive destructive power.
All the people, warriors, officers and Feng’s family rejoice and shower him with praise. His victory sends a wave of hope to the other warriors on the battlefield as they also follow in his footsteps and give it their all. The humans now have a clear advantage but will it stay like this for long?
