This was when Kaya asked her mother if this would make her happy, and her mother, while saying yes, expressed a feeling of gratitude. With this, when she was about to leave for kindergarten with her father, her father asked her mother if she would be alright by herself and asked her to call him if she needed anything.
Kaya-Chan Isn’t Scary Chapter 21: Recap and Review
Later in the chapter, we see Kaya at the kindergarten, and it is a drawing period. However, to draw, Kaya needs her crayons, but when she starts looking for crayons in her bag, she finds out that there is no black crayon in there. When she and Sensei look around, she finds out that a kid might have stolen all the black crayons from the boxes.
To find out who took all the black crayons, Sensei gathers everyone. With this, they find out that Yuzu Chan is kind of nervous about this, and when she asks her about that, she reveals that it was her bother, Kan Chan, who took all the crayons from the box. Not only that, he has also scribbled the mirror of the class.
After finding out about the mirror, Sensei says that it will be unusable now and mentions that that kid is much like Kaya Chan, as she is getting the problem child vibes from him.
When Sensei asks him if something has happened to him and if he is afraid of mirrors, the teacher of the Junior Kindergarten says that his birthday must be early in the year and that the young ones sure are hustle. However, Sensei says he should say that to the other kids.
This was also when Sensi found out that the teacher of the Junior Kindergarten didn’t have a good sense of speaking, and she also decided to speak to her about that.
Kaya-Chan Isn’t Scary Chapter 22: Spoilers and Expectations
Later in the story, we see that when Mero Sensei is cleaning the mirror, she finds out that Kan Chan has coated the mirror pretty well. However, while reminding herself that she is an adult and has access to all sorts of tools, she cleaned the mirror with the acid.
When she finally can clean the mirror and looks inside it, she finds out that there is something scary in there. Not only that, this thing even grabs her by her face and tries to pull her inside. However, Kaya Chan arrives at the right time and saves her.
