Fans are in a huge surprise as Schitt’s Creek star Dan Levy is the newest educator in the hit teen drama series Sex Education season 4! Dan Levy is reportedly all set to play the role of a famous author and Maeve’s (Emma Mackey) US course tutor at her Ivy League College, Thomas Molloy. The newest revelation has taken social media by storm!
Other than this, any additional character details for the other new additions to the cast are being kept under wraps. The actor is under an overall deal with Netflix, which he signed last year in September after the hit drama series” Schitt’s Creek’s” remarkable wins at the Emmys that same year.

The actor further confirmed the big news as he took to Instagram while calling his new role “VERY serious news.” Fellow celebs also rejoiced as Noah Reid, who played Levy’s husband on “Schitt’s Creek,” took to the comment section and called his former co-star “Mr Molly” in the comments. Moreover, sister and co-star Sarah Levy also commented on the social media upload with multiple clapping emojis! Apart from the exciting new addition, series regulars including Gillian Anderson, Mimi Keene, George Robinson, Alistair Petrie, and Samantha Spiro will also return for the upcoming season. Fans are in for a surprise as several other cast members have announced that they will not be back for the new season, including Simone Ashley, who played Olivia, Tanya Reynolds as Lily, Patricia Allison as Ola, and Rakhee Thakrar, who played school teacher Emily Sands.
With a brand new addition, production for the upcoming season has already kick-started series star Asa Butterfield recently took to Twitter to upload a picture right from the sets, while co-star Alistair Petrie also shared a photo of himself in a similar location, the caption reading “Give us a clue.”
