In Love Island Season 9 Episode 29, the Casa Boys are getting to know what’s the status between the women and their connections back in the main Villa. A lot of the women are making it seem like the door is open. And then it’s Olivia who forgets Kai’s name, which made me think “OK”.
I will say I like that the guys are being tortured this year because typically it’s the women. Doesn’t happen all the time where it’s the women tortured, but it typically is the women who are on the front end of Casa Amor. But yeah, Olivia and her forgetting Kai’s name and then going basically for a guy like Kai (kinda off), I was just like, “I don’t buy this relationship”. We didn’t buy this relationship, so y’all were at the bottom.
And her being like, in the previous episode, “I don’t understand why a two-day connection would get more votes than a two-week connection”. Olivia, you forgot his name! It could have been, you know, like a blip or something, but we’re on to something.
What Happened Last Night On Love Island Season 9 Episode 29?
So after all the Casa boys had chatted with the OG women together, they go and have separate chats with the girls in Love Island Season 9 Episode 29. Rayn is talking to Samie and I must say the confidence of the both of them really complements each other. I feel like these two could be a good match.
I’m feeling reciprocal energy more so in this conversation than in any of the other conversations that women were having at Casa, so I do like that. Andana did say her strongest attraction was to Rayn. But no girl, I want him for Samie, you could have somebody else.
Then Martin is talking to Tanya and boy is he boring. We all know baby girl Tanya loves attention, and the spotlight, and that ain’t no problem. However, Martin is not it and he is not giving energy. Even David had a better connection with her, they had better banter and better chat. But she feels like there’s a chat between her and Martin. No girl, you just like the attention. it’s OK to say that and let’s not force it, Tanya.
So Lana is 25, and Kain is 21. I don’t know if she’s into a younger man like Olivia is. However, she’s keeping her options open. She looked very disinterested if you compare the way she was with Casey and the way she is with Kain. With Casey, there was a lot more joy, there was a lot more giggling, and laughter and I even said that we had seen a lot of smiles for the first time in weeks.
And maybe it could have been to rile Ron up a little bit, but it felt more genuine than what she’s experiencing with anybody in this Villa, especially Kain. So I don’t really it for her and anybody here. But I would like for her to take in Casa as much as she can because you know Ron is going to.
Jessie Staying Strong And Olivia Into Boring Guys
Jessie is working Over, she was like “girl, do what you gotta do. Explore Casa, explore these men. You never know what could happen”. But she is making a very clear that she is going to stick to Will. Jessie said to Frankie “I really do think that Will and I have a really strong connection. I don’t even wanna think about what’s going on in the villa at the moment. I never really liked clicking so instantly with someone. And Will so he is quite unique.”
Frankie was so boring that he was giving us nothing, absolutely nothing. I can’t even say X equals because at least that means something is just X. It’s just blah, he is just there. But Jessie is definitely sticking to her Will love story. And turns out she could be a Casa casualty and we’re gonna wait for that.
Olivia is doing what she does when she talks to a new man, she is fishing for compliments. And boy, Maxwell was very open to giving them to her. Olivia said that Maxwell is her type and clearly boring must her type. She was with Harrison who was boring, then she was with Kai who is also boring.
So I’m just like, are these men innately boring or does she bring boring out of them? She is looking in Maxwell’s direction and may actually pursue that. So we’ll see if Olivia is going to turn. I can see what the producers are really doing. Because if we had to go through what we went through with Olivia up until now. And then she becomes the person who likes to bring some carnage into the villa. And they’re really trying to frame her as, if not the winner, the main character.
I did find it interesting that all the women decided to share a bed with somebody. Not a single person, Lana included, was doing the whole “I’m gonna sleep somewhere else, I’m gonna be respectful”. And it’s interesting because we the public have been saying this year that the connections are just not connecting.
Yes, there are some solid couples, but they’re solid compared to others. They’re not solid in that we see the connection unadulterated, unfiltered, and we’re just like “Yes, totally solvent connection”. It’s kind of like the best of a bad batch, you know what I mean.
The Casa Girls Make Their Entry
The next morning the Casa girls arrive and among them, we have Layla, Sanam, Sammy, Cynthia, Lynda, and Lydia. The Casa women asked who thinks their partner will stay loyal. All the men like “you never know”. But Will is like “mine will stay loyal”.
Listen, this is a storyline I did not see coming. Jessie basically taking the Jake route and a lot of people thought her head would just completely turn and she would pie Will off as soon as somebody came into Casa. And then Will has full confidence that Jessie’s going to stay loyal and it seems like he’s going to be the one to not stay loyal. Casa might have rejuvenated this season because, you know, we were falling off but this is good.
Ron says he has one girl in mind that he’s really, really into, but he doesn’t actually disclose who that is. He is, however, talking to Bridgeton (Sanam) and he’s liking her vibe. Ron asks Sanam who she’s got her eyes on and she says “everyone”. He tells you that he likes to flirt, and flirting typically gets him in trouble, but he does it anyways.
Ron, do your worst because it will be drama. I’m so sorry Lana, no offense, but I would love to see you be a Casa casualty. And it’s so bad because Lana would be at the brunt end of that situation. But I want Ron to move the maddest mad of all mads.
Sammy Is Making Tom Nervous And Will Likes Farm People
Blondie (Sammy) is talking to Tom and he has met his match when it comes to the eye contact art of attraction. Tom said that he was getting nervous around Sammy. And I guess your name has to be Sammy/Samie to really work for Tom. Because I liked Samie for him, the previous Samie and I like Sammy too. They’re like the woman who kind of matches what he’s got going on.
And you could say that Zara was that kind of girl. She was kind of as is forward. I was going to say outspoken, but I don’t think Tom really is that outspoken. It’s like a silent confidence when it comes to Tom and I think both Sammy and Samie do possess that characteristic, so it will be interesting to see how that goes.
Last but not least we have Will who is entertaining Layla and at first, I was like “does Will want Layla or does he want the daddy?” Miss Mama, you do not want Will. You just want to be in the villa and you are not interested in that man.
And Will, why must it be any woman who talks about the farm that just catches your attention? I just, don’t understand where this connection came from, but he seems to be sold on Layla. And I feel like the only thing they have in common was that she was born on a farm and that’s it. In the next Love Island Season 9 Episode 30, it seems like Will is really going to flip the script on us, so I’m interested to see how that goes.
