There, they discuss about how business has been slow for him because the bar in front closed. People generally like to have a hot dog after a beer. Thus, Sophie gets the idea to have a pop at Sid’s bar where she and Nick could sell the hot dogs. Things go exactly as planned, and the pop-up is a huge success. Soon, Sophie starts getting ideas about bar hopping and selling hot dogs together with him across Manhattan.
