Bastian Chapter 34 shows us that two years later if the contract ends and Odette remarries, Captain Bastain Klauvitz will not be normal again. He was in love with her. That man always mentioned the contract, then told Odette to give it right for the value.

Captain Bastain Klauvitz and Odette’s relationship was just dealing with numbers. But still, this made Odette sad about the fact that Captain Bastain Klauvitz tried to break his promise this morning. After all, Captain Bastain Klauvitz considered Odette a whore, maybe.

Odette goes to a quiet place to think and sit alone for a while, but it is not bad to use the excuse of picking flowers back. She then finds a rare flower, and she feels like Alma would love it.
