In this cutthroat society, no one has the opportunity to pause and recognise somebody who earns it, much less even thinks about skill. People are sick and tired of being forced to spend long hours working for minimal money when they realize they are capable of significantly more.
A similar topic and plot are used in the isekai series Handyman Saitou in Another World. Saitou is a young Japanese carpenter who works incredibly hard and is quite skilled. Nevertheless, his manager, who has never been able to perceive his endeavors, discharges him from his position.
Deeply disturbed by his current unemployment and the likelihood that he won’t be able to obtain employment anytime soon, he is just wandering on the road when truck-kun comes and begins working. As a result, he is transported into a fantastical realm.
He connects with a group of adventurers there. He works hard to improve his team’s performance, but some people mistakenly or on purpose undermine his efforts and demoralise the group.
He begins to function as a connecting force that brings all the players together and facilitates effective teamwork. Because he always lends a hand and takes care of all their concerns, he has developed into a habit, but now they miss him when he isn’t around. He has just about entirely taken over their lives.

Handyman Saitou in Another World Episode 5 Recap: “Ninja and Witch”
The tales in this episode explore the peculiarities of the other world and its people, as well as how adventuring in a tranquil country has changed socio-political relations. A group of idol heroes is formed by the king’s advisers.
We meet the murderer Kisurugi and the witch Lavella. After effortlessly breaching Donbain’s 108-lock door, Saito meets the secretive dwarven mastersmith.
Saito discovers a vacuuming robot from Earth and a secret passage that leads to a portion of the dungeons that has not yet been explored in the Great Labyrinth, the country’s primary location for adventuring, revitalising the struggling adventure industry.
Two of the initial characters to enter the revived Labyrinth are the Demon King and the king’s minister, although Kisurugi subsequently attacks them and briefly kills them.
When Lilyza and Gible, two adventurers, and the kingdom’s idol party are encountered by Saito’s company, Raelza and Franlil start to feud. Saito discovers a cave full of treasures from all periods and civilizations on Earth while exploring farther into the Labyrinth.
They are assaulted by Kisurugi and Primas but are rescued by Gibungle, who then refers to Morlock as his old instructor. It is revealed that Morlock has partial amnesia, possibly as a consequence of the effects of the prohibited magic he attempted to research 20 years ago.
The group is ambushed by Kisurugi, who is frantically looking for ancient time magic concealed inside the Labyrinth in order to prevent Lavella from passing away from old age, lest Gibungle can jog the mage’s memory any further.
Lilyza, Gible, Franlil, Ninia, and the idol adventurers thwart the ninja. Primas tears away her own wings in order to summon a potent dark spirit to aid Ravella and release the energies they were holding.
