Young Justice Season 3: Release Date, Trailer, And Updates

Young Justice is an anime that unfortunately got cancelled after two seasons in 2013. Five years later in 2018, it was again picked up by Warner Brothers and renamed. WB announced that Young Justice Season 3 would be called Young Justice: Outsiders.

What compelled Warner Brothers to pick up the series again? Sam Register, President Warner Bros. Animation, and Warner Digital Series have the answer. Sam said:

“The affection that fans have had for Young Justice, and their rallying cry for more episodes, has always resonated with us. We are excited to bring the show back for this loyal fanbase and to provide an opportunity for new viewers to discover this excellent series.” Not only does Young Justice return but along with it return the original producers of the show, Brandon Vietti, and Greg Weisman.

The trailer shows a recap of season 2. Besides the trailer, a poster has also been revealed featuring Darkseid.

Young Justice: Outsiders is expected to be hitting DC Universe streaming service in 2019. At the SDCC we got a few but key details about the number of episodes. Young Justice: Outsiders, will have a total of 26 episodes. We will be getting some new characters, and the recurring characters will get new costumes too! Static shock is included in the team. Bash Bashford the obscure Superboy will be included in the cast too.
