On the 3 October episode of WWE Raw Bianca Belair, the Raw Women’s Champion, and Bayley will sign their contracts prior to their ladder match at this weekend’s expensive live event, Extreme Rules. At Clash at the Castle, Bayley defeated Belair by pinfall in a six-woman tag team match and that is what earned her the title shot.
Tonight will be a busy night for Alpha Academy as Chad Gable attempts to defeat Braun Strowman. On last Friday’s episode of “SmackDown,” Strowman made a frightening phone call to Gable, challenging him to a singles match. In the meantime, Otis, his partner, will face Johnny Gargano. Austin Theory set up this fight for Otis, trying to tell him that he wanted to destroy his former mentor and get it over with.
Rey Mysterio and AJ Styles will fight Judgment Day’s Damian Priest and Finn Balor. Prior to their Fight Pit Match this Saturday, Matt Riddle and Seth “Freakin” Rollins will square off on tonight’s show. Two have been at odds since this summer, after Rollins injured Riddle on the July 25 episode of the show.

Rey Mysterio and AJ Styles vs Judgment Day
We start the show with The Judgement day in the ring. Balor starts by saying that Edge was forced to leave wrestling 11 years ago, but he battled his way back to wrestling in the ring. According to Balor, you can only avoid fate for a certain period of time in most aspects of life. He claims that he will play the wicked hand of fate during Extreme Rules. He says that by beating Edge so brutally that he has to say “I Quit,” he will be doing Edge a favor. Priest thinks there should be a warning to anyone who wants to go against judgment day as they will always rise.
Dominik then expresses his hatred for his father to him. He goes on to say that he has a new family now then Balor starts to talk about AJ Styles. Balor says he could’ve finished his career last week, but he decided not to because AJ is his friend. He warns him not to force him to do evil things and says that the olive branch is still out there. He is interrupted by Rey’s music then Styles’. After that, the two men go to the ring.
Before the bell rings, the four men start fighting with one another. Before Rey can attempt a hurricanrana, Dominik drags Balor out of the ring. Styles hits Priest with a Phenomenal Forearm. Priest is tagged by Balor. The duo hit a backbreaker-leg drop combo before Priest goes for a pin. Styles kicks out, and then Priest holds a leg crucifix on Styles. Styles counters it and pins him, but Priest kicks it out. Priest strikes Styles with a right hand, but Styles strikes back with a kick to the head. Styles tries to tag Rey, but Ripley tugs him away from the apron.
Before tagging Balor in, Priest hits a clothesline. The two attempt to double-team Styles, but Styles counters with a double DDT. Rey and Dominik are arguing outside. Dominik tells his dad to attack him before Ripley knocks him down with a clothesline. Balor successfully executes the Coup de Grace on Styles in the ring to claim victory. After the match, Rey appears to be trying to help Styles up, but Styles doesn’t want his help. After some arguing between the two, Styles pushes Rey to the ground. Judgment Day then bashes Styles from behind with boots and right hands. Priest gives him a chokeslam and then Judgment Day stands tall.
Bobby Lashley vs. Mustafa Ali (US Championship)
As soon as the bell rings, Lashley suplexes Ali and throws him across the ring. He strikes Ali’s midsection with many shoulders, then follows up with a cutter and a vertical suplex. Ali starts with a knee, then follows it up with a chop and a superkick. Before Lashley slides to the outside, he does a Tornado DDT off the top rope. Ali kicks after hitting a suicidal tope. Lashley lashes out at Ali with a nasty clothesline.
After the break, Lashley returns and throws Ali into the corner with a back elbow. He flatlines him and attempts to pin him, but Ali kicks out of the pin. Following a drop kick into the side and a chokeslam, Ali is able to land a 450 Splash on Lashley’s arm. Ali is thrown to the ground by Lashley, who then attempts to pin but is unsuccessful. Ali successfully overhand chops Lashley, but this enrages him, and he throws Ali over the top rope. He throws him into to the timekeeper’s area after sending him twice into the ring post.
Lashley enters the ring as the referee starts the count out. Ali enters the ring immediately as the referee counts down to ten. Lashley uses a spear to strike Ali before locking him with the Hurt Lock. Ali is knocked out. After the match, Lashley tries to help Ali in getting up, but Seth Rollins ambushes him, executes a Curb Stomp, then follows it up with another one on the US Championship. Rollins then sees Ali and gives him a same Curb Stomp.
Matt Riddle And Seth Freakin Rollins Face Off
Rollins is in the ring and announces that “Bobby Trashley” has been removed, so the show can go on. He introduces himself and then greets the audience with a welcome to “Monday Night Rollins.” After that, we see a video that explains what the Fight Pit is. Rollins says he is going to show Riddle why he is the most dangerous person in the history of the business like he has done for Lashley and Cody Rhodes. Then he asks Riddle to join the ring. When his music starts, Riddle heads to the ring.
Rollins reminds him about tonight’s No Contact Clause, then Riddle points out that he has never even participated in the Fight Pit match. Riddle tells him not to be afraid and that he is coming to give him a lesson about The Fight Pit. He goes on to say that he’s going to kill him and keeps saying the fans will be singing “Brooooooo.”
Rollins tells Riddle that Daniel Cormier will still have his back, then says that he has a good singing voice. Rollins asks if he sings the same for his kids but then tries to pinch his nerves by saying “oh I forgot you are not allowed to see your kids”. Rollins challenges him to a fistfight before saying that he needs as much money as possible because paying child support is costly. After commenting on Rollins’ offensive breath, Riddle asks as to when he last held a title. He asks him when was the last time that he main evented WrestleMania, and then says “never”.
Daniel Cormier shows up on the Titan Tron and says that everybody is tired of their behavior. He addresses the two men after making an introduction. He goes on to say that a Fight Pit match requires the third man and says that he intends to put an end to their conflict.
Otis vs Johnny Gargano
When the bell rings, Gargano strikes a few forearms. Otis pulls Gargano into a corner, but Gargano continues to forearm the opponent. Gargano is knocked to the ground by a chop from Otis, who then uses a Canadian Backbreaker. Otis gets thrown shoulder first against the ring post after receiving a boot from Gargano. Gargano hits with an enziguiri and a rear elbow. After landing a suplex, Otis attempted to splash from the corner, but Gargano rolled out of the way. He kicks him twice in the head, but Otis counters with a clothesline.
Otis lifts Gargano, but Gargano quickly counters with a DDT. He strikes with a super kick before attempting a pin, but Otis kicks him out. Before Gargano delivers a tope suicida and knocks Theory out, Otis rolls to the side. While the referee is preoccupied, he does a Tornado DDT, and Theory then hits Gargano from behind. Otis successfully executes his finisher to secure the victory. After the match, the group beats Gargano. Then Braun Strowman runs to the ring soon as his music starts. He levels Otis and although Theory is able to escape, he pulls Gable into the ring before throwing him onto Otis.
Bayley And Bianca Belair Contract Signing
Corey Graves presents the contract for their ladder match. Bayley asks Bianca in a mocking tone, “How are you feeling?” and says that everything is going according to plan. She adds that before signing the contract, she did a favor by leaving “her girls” in the back. She thinks that Belair’s ego caused her to get into this situation and refers to the ladder as a metaphor for her own WWE career. She says that in order to reach the top, she had to climb continuously, and while doing so, she compared herself to the woman with the ponytail. According to her, there used to be “Bayley” signs and little girls who dressed like her.
After cutting her off, Belair signs the contract. Belair says Bayley still continues to open her mouth as always. Belair says that the reason why everything she tried to do didn’t succeed was because she was acting like someone else. Belair says that the reason her fans relate to her is because she is always true to herself and that she never needs to get ready since she is always prepared. She advises that since Bayley enjoys planning, she should still make plans to see her as champion after Extreme Rules.
We move to SKY and Dakota hits Bliss and Asuka backstage as Bayley asks about the well-being of her girls. Bayley throws Belair over the table and leaps over it. Bayley is then thrown into the apron by Belair, who then rushes to see how Bliss and Asuka are doing. When she reaches out to her friends and asks them if they are fine, Asuka begins to cry in pain as her leg is injured by a chair. Then, out of anger, Bliss challenges IYO to a match later today.
Angelo Dawkins vs Solo Sikoa
The two lock up as the bell rings. Dawkins is cornered by Siko, but he responds with a drop kick. Sikoa moves outside the ring.
When the match resumes, Sikoa is stomping Dawkins. Sikoa knocks down Dawkins with a Samoan Drop after Dawkins returns fire with a number of rights and lefts. Sikoa throws several right hands to Dawkins’ head after which he performs another Samoan Drop. He attempts to pin Dawkins, but he kicks him out. After whipping Dawkins into the corner, he drops him to the ground and locks in a shoulder submission. Sikoa lands a few knees as Dawkins escapes. He does a belly-to-belly suplex and a hip attack after that. Dawkins performs a quick enziguri and then two clotheslines.
Sikoa slows down, but he still manages to kick and deliver a back elbow. He hits a Fallaway Slam and attempts to pin Sikoa, but he kicks out. Sikoa delivers a tremendous kick while The Bloodline tries to distract the referee’s attention. He attempts to pin Dawkins, but he kicks him out. When Sikoa shouts at them, Dawkins seizes the opportunity to roll him up. When Sikoa kicks out of the pin, Dawkins knocks him to the ground. Before Dawkins pulls them down, Zayn and Jey start to argue outside. Sikoa manages to hit a Samoan Drop, led by the Spinning Solo and then pins him for the win.
IYO SKY vs Alexa Bliss
SKY kicks Bliss with a drop kick as soon as the bell rings. SKY kicks out, but Bliss responds with two shoulder tackles. Before SKY launches a Dragon Screw, she unleashes a barrage of lefts and rights. Bliss kicks with her drop kick and forearm. She hits SKY with two double knees before attempting a pin, but SKY kicks out.
Bliss delivers a clothesline after coming back from the break and then a knee. She attempts to pin but SKY kicks her out. SKY kicks off with a pump kick and then a backbreaker. Bliss hits a DDT before attempting a pin, but SKY kicks her out. She delivers Twisted Bliss and then attempts to pin the opponent, but Bayley provides a distraction, preventing the count. When Belair tries to help her off the apron, Kai and others circle her and knock her against the ring steps. As Bliss climbs to the top, SKY catches her and responds with an Air Raid Crash. For the winning move, she executes the Over the Moonsault.
Damage CTRL attacked Bliss after the match. Belair knocks Bayley down while Kai reaches for a ladder hidden beneath the ring. Asuka stumbles down to the ring carrying a kendo stick in her hand to save Belair from Kai and SKY’s ladder attack. In response, Kai and SKY attack her with the ladder. She then slaps Kai with it. They smash the ladder by squeezing Bliss. As the show ends, the trio climbs the ladder and raises their belts.
