Worthless Regression Chapter 61 will see the results of Lee Sugmin’s years-long training finally take fruit as he defeats a strong entity. And the results of it were beyond satisfying. We got to see weak little Lee grow up strong (slowly and steadily) to the point he can take on strong foes, making many proud of him.
But why is it that instead of feeling hyped about defeating a strong enemy people feel proud of him? Unlike many manhwa protagonists, Lee is not strong by any standard. If anything, he is always on the verge of being killed at every fight. He is one of the few underdog protagonists in the story that works to get strong, while also being humble.
Lee started the same with a return to the past thanks to the returner stone. And seeing how bad his early life was he wanted to do better but he only knew to guide him in his endeavors. But in a world like his, knowledge is the biggest boon one can have and not OP items.
Worthless Regression Chapter 60 Recap
Worthless Regression Chapter 60 saw Lee fighting for his life against the doppelganger of a demon while he is assisted by the original to win. To say Lee was having an easy time would be lying, as his fight has never been about having it easy. However, those very hardships have made him strong and helped him in becoming stronger.
His display of persistence impressed the demon residing in the armor and he decided to help our protagonist. Lee was badly damaged in this fight, and could not use any risky moves. However, all that went away when he was imbued with demonic energy, and his wound started to heal. On top of that, he got enough power to use skills that would help him turn things in his favor.
Despite getting a surprise power-up, there was a limit to how much energy he could use. Lee has been aware of his limits ever since life had been hard on him. And being the one to drive away the monster he decided to siphon out the power as quickly as he could turn the tables in his favor.

Worthless Regression Chapter 61 Spoilers
Worthless Regression Chapter 61 will be one of the greatest moments as Lee Sugmin gets his first victory over a major foe. He indeed had the help of the demon that was residing in the armor, but not anyone can handle the demon’s powers. The knowledge of this is bound to give Lee some confidence.
As for the one who left Lee, she will return to check up on him. This very person was the reason that the demon inside Lee got interested in him and decided to help him directly. And it will be even more amusing to learn that Lee was right about her and that her reemergence would strengthen their relationship.
However, this almost feels like the end of a journey. The manhwa is at the point where the season end will be announced and will go into hiatus for the time being. We saw that happen with Reaper of the Drifting Wind as well in the past few days. Though, if it does it will be quite a journey as Lee just proved that he has room to grow.
