Workin’ Moms Season 7 Episode 12: Recap
In the previous episode, we see Jenny excited about the fair she had organized. Kate arrives at the fair with her family and is proud to include the fact that she helped organize it, although her kids don’t seem as happy as her. Nathan spots Lionel, which makes Kate realize that Anne could be at the place as well. She decides to be mature and not get involved in unnecessary drama with Anne.
Lionel comes over to talk with the Fosters and lets them know that Anne decided to stay at home. This makes Kate return to her usual self as she wants Anne to be mature and not avoid her. St. Celine’s Fun Fair begins, and everyone is told to participate in a three-legged race for all parents.
Wynston Publishers are given a special acknowledgment along with Jenny and Kate, and they see that Sloane has come up with Book worm headbands that bear a phallic resemblance.
Kate gets a call from her work saying that they’ve already contacted Janine McNulty before letting her know about it. Everyone at work was mad at her decision to drop Frontera so suddenly. Gena does her best to do as much work as she can at the fair. While operating an Ice cream truck, she asks Jenny for a fan and also for her to drop a word in for her when she’s talking to the headmaster.
Gena hopes that this extra work will help her child secure a position at the school. Jenny writes Kate’s name for the race, and Kate informs her about Charlie and Zoe’s cute little relationship.
She later sees Nathan Jr. sulking in a corner over his breakup with Julian, which happened when he listened to Kate’s advice. She lets him know that many more people would love him, and they head over to have some ice cream.
Lionel meets up with the Fosters once again, and Kate sees her company’s employees at the fair. They informed her that Salubra pharmaceuticals made an offer to them that would give them their full PR rights. Accepting the deal would mean that her company would get absorbed by Salubra. This makes Kate hesitate about what her next move should be.
