The Witcher 3 was one of the best games that came out in 2015, and it was a huge success. The game bagged many awards and also captured a special place in the hearts of many gamers. The game was perfect for RPG lovers but, one major aspect was missing from the game which is quite a norm in RPG games. The aspect which I’m talking about is the participation of a supporting character or an ally during various quests or during the game. Yes, there was one ally but, the overall ally system was kind of missing from the game.
Witcher 3: Multi Companion Mod:
But, that void is about to be filled soon by the awesome modders of the game who have decided to take the responsibility on their shoulders. The mod has been given the title, “Multi Companion Mod,” now, this is not a newly released mod as it already made its debut in the past under the modder named Jamezo97 on NexusMods. However, a new version has popped up, and it’s “enhanced,” by Kingsegg.
A video on this new mod was recently uploaded on Youtube. The 11 seconds video shows the different positions of the companions and a little raillery between them. The video itself is titled, “Lambert makes fun of Geralt.”
According to NexusMods, in “Multi Companion Mod,” most of the placements of the main non-playing characters have been changed, and most of them now have banter dialogue. There are a total of 25 companions that you’ll get in this mod which includes the likes of Ciri, Yennefer, Dandelion, Philippa, Baron, Zoltan, Rosa var Attre and many more.
Few features like health bars of companion are also added, and you can even make your companion immortal and also command it to do some certain activities. Kingsegg said, “I can’t seem to get any of the men to ride horses. They immediately jump off, and I haven’t got a damn clue as to why. Incredibly frustrating!”
Their locations are also mentioned on the page along with the installing details, so if you want to get your hands on it, head over to NexusMods for more details.
