Sanemi Shinazugawa or Sanemi is a major supporting character in the series Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba. He currently holds the position of Wind Hashira and is a demon slayer of The Demon Corps. He is also the big brother of Genya Shinazugawa. When he was not the Hahira, he defeated the lower rank demon, Ubume, alongside his partner Masachika Kumano. Sadly, Masachika got died in the battle. During his battle with Kakushibo, he lost his right index finger and right middle finger. Sanemi is a cold, unforgivable person. His hate for demons is insane, and he even tried to kill Nezuko. He is hot-blooded and stubborn, and insanely powerful. Even though he is cold and heartless towards demons, he loves his Hashira family and his brother so much. He is not good at expressing his emotions, but his actions speak what he can’t reveal. So these are some of the characteristics of Sanemi.
Will Sanemi Die In Demon Slayer?
People want to know about the future of Sanemi. Since every anime gets a little unfair with big brothers. We know that Sanemi lost his partner in fighting with lower rank demons, and he is carrying the future of him on his shoulder. So personally, I don’t think Sanemi will die in the series until and unless Officials plan to put a heavy twister in between. After the death of flame Hashira, Rengoku, we might see him in action in the upcoming series, and we haven’t seen him using his powers to too much extent. Now, let’s talk about the abilities of Sanemi. As he is a Hashira, he is above to many demon slayers in power. He is an expert swordsman who can take down many powerful demons solely by using his normal sword. During the battle with upper-rank demon Kokushibo, he awakened his mark on his cheek. This mark exponentially increased his powers and speed and made him unstoppable even for the upper-rank demon. But eventually, he did not land major hits on Upper-rank devil without the help of Gyomei and Muichiro. If those two did not intervene there, he would have died at the hands of Kokushibo, the upper-rank demon.
