The show made a comeback a few weeks ago with Gossip Girl 2.0. Following the story of a new batch starting their year in the same school. And the return of the legendary gossip girl. Season one is supposed to have 12 episodes. Till now, part 1 has been released with six episodes. The second part will return in November with the other six episodes.

Whether good or bad, she has done it all. She has dated a lot of men, including her best friend’s ex-boyfriend to her former teacher and her former step-brother. To answer with whom does Serena ends up with is none other than her outcast love of the life, Dan Humphry. Dan has always tried to stay low in school and had a big crush on Serena. He makes her notice himself when they bump into each other at the Palace Hotel. As time passes and she began to notice him at school too. With the attacks of Gossip Girl and other people, Serena manages to live a life for and starts dating Dan.
The couple has been through a lot of ups and downs and a lot of breakups. They have almost died individually, got in dangerous situations. For a brief time period, the couple was also step-siblings as Dan’s father married Serena’s mother as they were long-lost lovers. The show moving forward with the story reveals that Dan was the Gossip Girl. Although a lot of fans shipped Serena and Dan together, the fact remains that Gossip Girl used to take shots against Serena, spreading rumors about her and leaking her private lives on the internet. Some fans did find the relationship and Serena getting married to Dan a bit unsettling.
