The series is already a fan favorite, and thus, everyone is wondering about Evil Season 4 filming locations. The series has completed three seasons now and has given us a spoonful of the supernatural and horror genre. Robert and Michelle King have created the show for CBS.
In the lead, we see a psychologist who forms a group with a priest in training as well as a blue-collar worker in order to investigate various paranormal incidents reported by the people around them. Evil is coming back with a 4th season pretty soon, and fans are super curious about the same.
The story starts with Kristen Bouchard, who is working as a clinical psychologist. She was hired by the Catholic Church at the beginning in order to find out whether a serial killer is actually possessed by a demon or just a psychopath acting impulsively. David Acosta, who was working as a journalist, joins her on the same.
Evil – Plot Details
David is now hoping to change professions and become a priest. We also see Ben Shakir, who is working as a blue-collar worker and rarely seems to believe in the concept of the paranormal. Throughout the seasons, we see a variety of horrifying events that the trio goes on to inspect. They see demonic possessions as well as miracles and hauntings taking place all around.
In order to get to the bottom of these cases, we see the team trying out various methods and using either their scientific knowledge or logical explanation to work out the cases. At the same time, these characters have their own personal story, which is shown.
They have their struggles, such as Kristen is not sure about her faith in god or even in good or evil anymore. As for David, he is unsure about becoming a priest, whilst Ben is still hanging on to the trauma of his past, which is eating him. We are constantly seeing the plot oscillating between scientific facts and religion.
Evil Season 4 Filming Locations
1. Brooklyn Stages
It is the primary filming location for most of the scenes in the series. The place is located at Greenpoint in Brooklyn. The place serves as a backdrop for various locations in the show, such as the offices of the Catholic Church as well as the home of Kristen Bouchard. We also see the monastery, which is used in the series to show the priest whose body has not decayed yet.
2. Yonkers City Hall
This place is located in Yonkers, New York. The location was used for the scene where we saw the Queens Court House. It was in the episode The Angel of Death. The exterior walls of the place were used to represent the scene, whereas the interiors were used for the courtroom scenes.
3. Faraway Farm Alpacas
This place is located in Accord, New York. It was used as a backdrop for the farm, where the team goes on to search more about a miracle. It was seen in the episode titled The Miracle of Saint Teresa. We see them meeting with a young girl. The team thinks that she may have been cured of cancer due to a miracle.
5. Astoria
It is located in Queens, New York. This place and the neighborhood serve as the home where Kristen Bouchard lives. We see it serving as a backdrop for the establishing shots before the scene actually starts. It is featured in the majority of the episodes till now.
6. Argyle Road and Ditmas Avenue
It is located in Midwood, Brooklyn. The place was used as a backdrop for the home of our main characters. The place was also used for the interior shots as it was homely and warm. Many of the street shots as well as the exterior ones are used for establishing shots before we see the plot take place.
