For those unfamiliar with the premise, the BBC Two makeover program, hosted by Angela Scanlon, sees expert designers compete to transform a participant’s backyard into the garden of their dreams using cutting-edge virtual-reality technology. The goal was to display how the room could look before undergoing a pricey restoration in the real world. The six-episode run (a spin-off of Your House Made Perfect, which is also narrated by Scanlon) looks at how we might extend the indoors outside, whether it’s a shared communal garden a burgeoning wildlife haven, or a small-space specialist managing a little concrete yard.

Season 1 Filming Locations For Each Episode
The first season of this series was aired in the month of February 2021 with six episodes. Each episode was filmed in a different part of the UK.
Episode 1
The first episode’s title and participants were Demi and Laura. This episode was filmed in their garden, which is in Hertfordshire, England. Their dull ‘L-shaped’ garden, cluttered with children’s toys, requires a facelift to become the ideal setting for their large, active family.
Episode 2
The second episode features Neil and Clare and their garden in Cheshire, England. The couple owns a garden that many people can relate to. It’s uninteresting and rarely utilized, but they couldn’t figure out how to make it into a functional location for the whole family.
Episode 3
In the third episode, we go into the garden of Pam and Marcus, which is situated in their suburban home in St Albans, Hertfordshire, England. Their garden was used by their children for playing football, but they have all grown up. So the couple decides to make some changes.
Episode 4
The fourth episode was filmed in the back garden of Suzanne and Andrew in Plymouth. The couple is determined to turn this dangerous location into the garden of their dreams, despite the fact that a succession of landscaping companies have run a mile the moment they gaze into the abyss.
Episode 5
Tracey and Jake are the participants of the fifth episode, and their garden is located in West Sussex. Tracey struggles to traverse the garden’s difficult slopes and awkward drops as a full-time wheelchair user and is irritated that she can only go into select areas without assistance.
Episode 6
The last episode of this season shows Mandy & Chris and their garden, which is located in Manchester. They’ve contemplated erecting hedges and large trees to provide greater privacy, but they don’t want to sacrifice light.
Season 2 Filming Locations For First Two Episodes
The first episode was shot at St Anne’s, a small town near Blackpool, where the first participant, Steph, lives with her two children and their garden. Steph will be able to choose from two different garden concepts created by designers Pip Probert and Manoj Malde.
Andrew and Paolo will star in the second episode, which will be shot in Liverpool. Their garden is encroached upon by a massive, oppressive retaining wall.
The other episodes of this season are not aired yet, so as soon they are released, we will get their Locations too.
