In the Atlee-directed film “Jawan,” young actress Seeza Saroj Mehta played the step-daughter of Shah Rukh Khan and the daughter of Nayanthara.
She shared a touching story from the set. Seeza asked SRK to give her a tour of his vanity van during the filming. The renowned figure replied to the rising star with a kind gesture.
“I got scared on the first day of the shoot because I didn’t know where and how Shah Rukh’s uncle would come, and when I looked back, he was standing there,” Seeza said in a statement to Hindustan Times, recalling her earliest feelings of anxiety. ‘Do you know me?’ he inquired, asking for my name. I said no.
Seeza Saroj Mehta wished to see Shah Rukh Khan’s vanity
Seeza remembered with fondness telling Shah Rukh Khan that she would like to look inside his vanity van. “I asked Shah Rukh’s uncle if I could see his vanity from inside, and he very kindly let me in and offered me chocolate, Seeza recalled. “I asked my mother for permission before accepting his sweet treat. Chocolates were another treat that Atlee’s uncle gave me whenever I did well in a scene.”
When Seeza thought back on her time spent on set with Ridhi Dogra, she said that Ridhi was the most fun person to work with.
She said, “Ridhi didi was the most fun; we used to play and have a great time together on set.” She also acknowledged that she was ignorant of Nayanthara and Shah Rukh Khan’s notoriety, stating, “At that time, I was unaware of Nayanthara’s and Shah Rukh uncle’s popularity.”
At this moment, Shah Rukh Khan is having a prosperous year in his career. His two massive hits, “Pathaan” and “Jawan,” both broke multiple records and crossed the two-thousand-crore threshold at the box office, brought him enormous success.
The world is waiting impatiently to see if Shah Rukh Khan can bring his golden touch to his next movie, “Dunki.” “Dunki,” which is slated for release this Christmas, is a film directed by Rajkumar Hirani and produced by SRK and Gauri Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment.
Rajkumar Hirani and Shah Rukh Khan are working together on this project for the first time.
Shah Rukh Khan did his best to make Jawan the success it is
With the incredible success of “Pathaan” and “Jawan,” Shah Rukh Khan triumphantly returned to his role as the King of Bollywood.
Many were surprised by the unprecedented success of these films, especially considering the superstar’s recent slump in the business. Notably, there was a great deal of excitement surrounding both films.
To promote these movies, Shah Rukh Khan used smart PR techniques and stayed active on social media. Through frequent #AskSRK sessions, he interacted with fans and created a lasting buzz before and after the releases.
His public relations team put a lot of effort into making sure that every fan response to teasers, songs, or trailers on social media was met with positivity, and their efforts paid off. He is using the same PR strategy for his December 22 release of “Dunki.”
Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming Dunki
“Dunki,” which was directed by Rajkumar Hirani, tells the story of four friends who live in a Punjabi village and nurture a common desire to travel to England. Their main problem is that they don’t have tickets or a visa. A soldier helps them on their way, assuring them that their dreams will come true.
The movie promises to be an intensely emotional story full of obstacles as the friends try to enter the country illegally, demonstrating how their strong friendship endures hardship.
Given the intriguing plot and director Hirani’s impressive box office history, “Dunki” looks like a sure thing. For the time being at least, it’s unclear if it will be able to achieve the kind of box office success enjoyed by “Pathaan” or “Jawan.”
Even with Drop 1’s favorable reviews and the success of the song “Lutt Putt Gaya,” “Dunki” has not created the same buzz and expectation as Shah Rukh Khan’s previous movies.
