His ankle injury seems to have slowed down his NFL career. This time, Jonathan got injured right during the opening drive of the match. To be more specific about his play, Jonathan played a total of 10 matches this season. Wondering about his record? It was with 861 rushing yards and four touchdowns.
While heading towards the locker room, everyone wondered if Jonathan Taylor would be able to return for the play. That was its severity. So, what was the result? It was the Minnesota Vikings who won with a record of 39-36. However, initially, it was reported that Jonathan’s injury was “nothing major.” He was also reported to have undergone various other additional tests for better assessment. He left during the first series of the day.
Even the trainers examined Jonathan Taylor on the sideline. Without any further delay, he was treated with medical care too. Ankle soreness is, anyway not good for health. Still, he managed to overcome that and play. Again, something worse has happened to him. Deon Jackson and Zack Moss got rotated as the running back for the Indianapolis Colts, after the exit of Jonathan Taylor, due to his ankle injury.
