Law had injured Doflamingo by using his gemma knife, which was capable of destroying internal organs without any external wound. Trebol was mad at Law for injuring Doflamingo.
Trebol was about to attack Law when Luffy came to his rescue and fought back against Trebol. Luffy did not want Trebol to get in Law’s way. Law wanted to confront Doflamingo about the matter with Cora-san.
He was aware of Doflamingo’s plan to gather a group of people who were convenient for him to find and call his family. Law wanted to get answers from Doflamingo about why he killed Cora-san. He was his biological younger brother, and he just wanted to stop him from going down the wrong path.
Doflamingo told Law he was angered by Cora-san’s betrayal, especially when he aimed a gun at him. Law reminded Doflamingo that he already knew that Cora San was not going to pull the trigger.
But he promised that he would trigger it. Doflamingo told Law that both of them were similar. They shared a single goal, which was to destroy everything around them.
Doflamingo confessed to Law that day when Cora-San was left to bleed on the street. Law was the one who was supposed to die that day instead of Cora-San. Doflamingo mentioned to Law that Cora-san had become a roadblock in his plan.
Ever since Cora-San had a sense of justice, he eventually began to interfere with Doflamingo matters. He had become worthless for Doflamingo, so when he killed him that day, he was able to get rid of the load from his mind.
Law used his counter-shock to torture Doflamingo. Law got extremely exhausted after using all his energy. Luffy came to wake him up after he fainted, but when Law woke up, Doflamingo was already in his best state.
Law was not sure how Doflamingo was back to normal in such a short time. Doflamingo told him that if he had enough time, he would be able to completely heal his body.
Doflamingo was able to smartly use his ability by using the strings to repair his inner organs. But it was a bit different from recovery because of Law’s killer attack.
