Skull Island is the latest animated series that will soon be landing on the world’s leading streaming platform. It is the fifth installment of the Warner Bros. MonsterVerse, and it was developed and directed by Brian Duffield. It’s a story that takes us to the famous Skull Island, King Kong’s pad, where a group of survivors will meet this giant monkey and other threats.
At first glance, the drawings seem rather bland, so the series’ content will really have to up their game story-wise to have some hook potential because Netflix’s latest adult animated series has been a bust. And while this one, brought to us by Warner and Legendary Films, seems promising, it’ll be up to the viewers to decide what’s up with that.
Skull Island Preview
Netflix has really been struggling with the quality of its animated series lately.
