Wandering Warrior of Wudang Chapter 98 Recap

The chapter starts with a faceoff between Jinmu and Dang Xiryeong (Sichuan’s squad leader). Jinmu warned her to go before things got worse, as he was kind of in a bad mood. Dang Xiryeong (Sichuan’s squad leader) hadn’t seen someone that bold in the face of the Sichuan Tang clan, as Jinmu wasn’t intimidated or scared at all and was trying to provoke her.

Dang Xiryeong commands all her underlings to attack Jinmu. It was a piece of cake for Jinmu to deal with her underlings, as he just beat that with a kick even though they were all above the manifestation QI realm. Jinmu shows his strength by screaming, which causes an earthquake around them.

Everyone gets defeated except for Dang Xiryeong. They didn’t even use dark energy arts or poison, but Jinmu subdued all those skilled martial artists on his own. After defeating them, Jinmu was about to leave for them, but Dang Xiryeong stopped him.

She tells him now that he has defeated his subordinates, so he has to fight her, a squad leader. However, in the end, she gets beaten by Jinmun very badly, even after Jinmu goes easy on her. And Dang Xiryeong’s father, Tang Wi, sees all this and gets angry with Jinmu.

Fans are probably thinking they would see an all-out fight between Tang Wi and Jinmu, but it won’t happen, as Jinmu has some business to take care of with Tang Wi. If Jinmu tells him that Ryeon Mugang has sent him on an important notice, he will leave it off.

Dang Xiryeong seems to like Jinmu as a martial artist, so she will convince her father that she was the one that broke out the fight between them. We might also see Jinmu and Dang Xiryeong getting closer as friends because they seem to fit well together. The story was going slower from two chapters, but I think it will pace up from here onwards.
