In a shocking turn of events, Victoria Goodwin, the estranged wife of Ghost Adventures star Aaron Goodwin, has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit murder in a Las Vegas courtroom.
The 32-year-old entered the plea on April 12, 2025, and faces a prison sentence ranging from two to ten years, with the possibility of an additional $5,000 fine.
This plea deal stems from her involvement in plotting her husband’s murder in collaboration with Grant Amato, a convicted murderer serving life sentences.
The conspiracy came to light after Amato, 35, was incarcerated in Florida and began communicating with Victoria through a phone that was later seized by prison security.

The investigation revealed that Victoria, who had been married to Aaron since August 2022, had developed a relationship with Amato in March 2024 after seeing him in the Paramount+ documentary Ctrl + Alt + Desire.
Amato, who previously killed his family in 2019 over a webcam obsession, allegedly discussed payments for Aaron’s murder with Victoria, fueling her plot to have him killed.
The murder-for-hire plot was discovered in early March 2025, leading to Victoria’s arrest. In response to the arrest, Aaron filed for divorce on March 12, citing irreconcilable differences and making it clear that there was no chance for reconciliation.
He expressed his gratitude for the support from fans during this emotionally challenging time.
As part of the plea deal, Victoria is expected to formally enter her plea at an arraignment hearing on April 22, 2025, where she will likely face sentencing.
The case has shocked many, as the couple had only recently appeared in public together, seemingly in a happy relationship.
