The two leads will take a step forward in their relationship in Too Many Losing Heroines! Chapter 15. What Nukumizu did threw Yanami out of the water but there was nothing she could do to the request made to her. Especially, when the two of them agreed to the said request without realizing that it was a step forward for the male lead.
Yanami had been a little worried these past few mini-chapters about what Nukumizu’s intentions were with her. The safe guy friend seemed to be displaying behavior that would get her in trouble in no time and make news in the school. In the secluded place up the hills, the winds brushing past them with a soft touch, Yanami was dead scared of what was to come.
The two decided that they would say their intentions out loud in unison. This was where the plot twist was, Yanami only saw Nukumizu as a friend and Nukumizu wanted her to be friends with him. When the two realized what had transpired they were quiet for a few moments and then laughed a little.
Nukumizu had gotten his friend off guard and now she wasn’t sure about her confidence to read the situation. The two had a short banter over what to expect from each other down the line from them onwards. The male lead even went ahead to joke that this might just be the premonition of what’s to come down the line.
