To Me, The One Who Loved You Plot
Koyomi Hidaka’s parents got divorced, and he started living with his father. He meets Shiori Satou at his father’s workplace, the research laboratory. They get attracted to each other. Meanwhile, Shiori’s mother, who works in the same research laboratory, gets remarried to Koyomi’s father.
Koyomi and Shiori find it hard to swallow that they have turned into step-siblings and cannot love each other like they used to do till now. Later, they find a parallel where they will not be step-siblings and can continue their relationship without restrictions.
However, the parallel world always does not answer their questions correctly. It is how they keep swinging between both worlds. However, they must pay for it. What will happen when they find the price?
As mentioned in the introduction, the movie is connected to another one released on the same day, and the two complete each other. One has a sad ending, and another has a bad one. However, they do not work like a sequel. They are parallel to each other and require you to jump from one movie to another between the scenes.
Romance in ‘To Me, The One Who Loved You’ is better, and the confusion is the worse. There could be more energy in the voice acting. The movie is fine, but you will not regret watching it.
