In the previous chapter, which is Chapter 54, Ray, who is the newly appointed professor of the academy, introduces himself and lets the students know about the class schedule and that he specializes in medicine.

But one thing that boggled his mind was the sheer number of students in his class with not even one empty seat. It was unknown to him how popular he was. His appointment as professor to the academy had created news, and everyone wanted to catch a glimpse of him. He had caught attention.

He then tells the students to stop whispering and begins his first lesson on the expression of magic. He asks them questions and explains everything. A professor attending his class is astonished to find that he was able to come up with such an idea and thought it would be a theory. One of the students exclaims that it works and a chant is not required, and other students also can do it.

Professor Claris, after attending Ray’s class, makes a breakthrough, and thus, Ray is awakened by the noises of students asking him more about his lecture. He increased classes to meet their demands, provided they won’t visit his quarters.

Then, Ray decides to team up with Claris, who has an ice attribute and decides to hold a special lecture with his assistance. The chapter ends with him silencing the students from chatting and gossiping about this unusual duo, and he beings the lecture.
