Recently premiered series, The Winchesters, Will soon be airing their next episode, Titled “Masters of War.” The Winchesters revolves around the lives of the Supernatural characters, Mary and John. They are the parents of Sam and Dean, and the show exclusively focuses on their life before they got married.
The series was announced in the making on June 24th, 2021. It’s produced by Robbie Thompson, who is also the person behind Supernatural. Jenson Ackles, who played the role of Dean Winchester, will accompany him in producing the show. He also acts as the narrator of the series, where he writes the story in his diary while recalling it.
Although it’s too soon to say if the show will be having another season, the current season solely focuses on Mary and John finding secrets unveil as they proceed to look for their missing fathers.
The Winchesters: Story So Far
After he returns from War, John Winchester almost immediately starts the search for his dad, as he receives a letter indicating him to be at a certain location with a key. When he goes there, he’s attacked by a possessed human and is saved by Mary Campbell, who is a monster hunter and is looking for her father as well.
They soon find out that Lawrence, the place where they live, has been having a lot of monster or demon attacks for some time now. Along with the other “Monster hunters,” Carlos and Latika (Lata), they find a box that can completely erase demons from existence by capturing them.
Two demons come after them in the search for this box, which leads the group to Ada Monroe, an owner of a bookstore and an aspiring witch. Ada and the others capture a demon and interrogate him, to which he replies that The Akrida are aiming to rule the universe and will destroy each life form to complete their goal. Not even Demons from hell will be spared.
A Recap Of The Winchesters Episode 3:
The previous episode was aired on October 25th, 2022. Titled “You’re Lost Little Girl,” the episode began with Carrie, a young girl, being attacked by a monster that seemed to be coming from a sack. Mary, Latika, and John try to search for the Sack by using pieces of it that the monster seems to leave behind.
The demon, Slick, had schemed with another demon to snatch the box from our monster hunters. Now that one of them was dead after he got sucked into the box, it was time to look for his partner. Ada and Carlos find him and trap him in a circle of salt. Ada, being a witch, casts a spell that traps the demon in a long-living bonsai tree.
Scared of being trapped for so long, the demon informs them of Akrida’s goals and that he and his partner were given the task of finding the box if they wanted their lives to be spared. They also let them know that the clan’s leader, whose name hasn’t been revealed yet, has possessed a woman from Lawrence.
On the other hand, Mary tries to lure the monster, whose name is found to be Bori Baba. This kind of monster tempts his prey by offering them something they’ve recently lost, with deep personal meaning. With even Carrie’s brother being abducted by the monster, Mary decides to get abducted as well, while Lata calls her relatives back home who would know how to deal with the creature.
Mary transports into Bori Baba’s world and finds the children being chased by him. She saves them just in time, While John finds a way to communicate and lets Mary know the way to come back outside. Using a Radio, he successfully contacts her and tells her that by letting go of those things that lured them, they will be able to return safely.
They come back out safely, and John kills the demon as soon as it’s outside the sack. We later see an Akrida bring the sack to a woman, who seems to be their Leader.+
The Winchesters Episode 4: Release Date
The next episode of The Winchesters will premiere on November 1st, 2022. Episodes of The Winchesters will be released once a week on Tuesdays, with each lasting around an hour. Next, We will see a new member helping Mary in the search for her father.
Where Can The Winchesters Episode 4 Be Streamed?
The airing time of the show is 8:00 pm ET on The CW. On-demand episodes of the series can be streamed on The CW’s website a day later after it’s aired on Television.
