The Time Of The Terminally Ill Extra Chapter 63 opens up with Karina thinking about Millaion’s request and confession that he made two weeks ago. She wonders how she wasn’t even able to say yes to the request even though Millaion only wished for her to keep living. Karina tears up, thinking that it is also her desperate wish to be able to live, but it’s nearly impossible for it to ever come true.

Millaion’s confession flashes before Karina’s eyes. Millaion didn’t even get disheartened when Karina refused to say yes to his request, and he instead asked her to just be his lover and stay by his side till the end. Karina looked into Millaion’s eyes, and for the first time, she became greedy for something she could never have. Failing to give a proper answer, Karina just promised Millaion that she would live her life to the fullest.
As soon as Karina stops reminiscing over the past, Millaion arrives in the room to ask her if she has eaten yet. Karina replies that she hasn’t eaten yet because she was waiting for Millaion so that they could eat together. Another flashback is given to explain to the readers what Karina has done in the past 2 weeks.
Karina has been Millaion’s lover for the last two weeks, but Millaion had to take part in the subjugation that began one week ago. While Millaion was away, Karina spent most of her time either painting or chatting with Perial. Karina adds that some people might consider her life to be monotonous, but this is just her way of living her life to the fullest.
Back in the room, Millaion tells Karina to get ready because he has already ordered the Servants to bring some food. Karina jokes and asks Millaion what he would have done if she had already eaten, so Millaion replies that he would have just eaten the whole meal alone.
Karina places her hand on Millaion’s chest and asks him if he got hurt anywhere. Millaion assures her that he will never get hurt because he promised her about it. Karin doesn’t believe Millaion and starts to thoroughly check him for injuries, which makes Millaion laugh.
Millaion gets closer to Karina and leans for a kiss, but before he can do so, the Servants arrive in the room with food. Millaion turns red, and he asks the Servants to leave the food and get out. Millaion thinks about the smiling faces of all the Servants and gets annoyed(they literally stopped my man from kissing his lover).
Millaion took the initiative despite being shocked by what Karina had just stated. Millaion is finally able to kiss Karina after all the interruptions, and he is so delighted about it that he asks to kiss her again after they finish eating.
Moreover, Millaion finds out that since they arrived in the forest, Karina has begun to experience fewer and milder seizures. Is it the Haron’s fault, he wonders? Millaion replies to Karina’s question regarding Hertha that throughout the whole enslavement, Hertha has been incredibly obedient to him.
Millaion also adds that Hertha has become friendly with most of the soldiers due to her behavior. Millaion then tells Karina that Hertha has started eating Harons, but it doesn’t affect him because he can always arrange some for her after he’s done with his research.
Karina says that Hertha once told her that she ate a “demonic beast’s core” instead of her life. This makes Millaion wonder if a Haron is a Demonic beast’s core, and it also opens up many questions like how Hertha knew about Demonic beast cores. After pondering over this for a while, Millaion wonders if he can use a Haron as a replacement for Karina’s life.
